Good Points: The room was clean and well presented with useful ameneties such as the microwave, crockery cutlery etc, it was warm and reaonably spacious.
Bad Points: The only criticism I would have relates to unpleasant stains on the ceiling and the vent fan in the bathroom didn't work and looked as if it was about to fall down

Good Points: very nice within the hotel.
Bad Points: The bathroom. Also poor hot water supply. Water had to be run for a very long time before it got hot.
Further Comments: I booked a disabled suite and found the bathroon was a bath/shower which being a disabled suite I would expect a walkin shower. There was grab rails fitted also a support arm at the toilet but no area around the toilet where a carer could stand to assist the disabled person. Had I known it was a bath I would have been just as well booking a normal room. Other than the bathroom the bedroom was excellent.

Further Comments: Spacious, clean and modern internally despite rather dated appearance externally. All staff encountered were efficient, friendly and polite.

Bad Points: The plumbing requires a complete overhaul, showerhead barely worked, drain in bath left you wading ankle deep when taking a shower, toilet flush did not work properly, 2-3 times to clear anything. TV remote missing, replaced after visit to reception. Doors ouside room banged continuously and walls paper thin, you can hear conversations from the adjoining room.

Good Points: Very clean and well laid out
Further Comments: Lady on check in was very polite and helpful. Room was clean and neat. Very hot, don't need heating as high. Don't normally have a cooked breakfast but I tried yours - it was delicious. Overall, excellent and would stay again.
