Good Points: very modern, comfortable apartment. Good location for shops, bars, restaurants etc.

Bad Points: not clear as to booking in - expected a reception. When arriving back at apartment in the early hours the lift was out of commission & there was a lot of broken glass/glasses in the stairwell. We expected a dvd player & hi fi - no sign of either - also very poor tv reception
Further Comments: should be clearer instructions on line with regards to booking in for staff performance I have put adequate as we only saw receptionist whilst checking in & out

Good Points: I loved the feeling of space and privacy the accomodation gives you unlike a hotel room where you feel crammed in.
Bad Points: I cannot think of a single negative thing to say.
Further Comments: The apartments are a great place to stay for an overnight stay in Glasgow. They were clean, spacious and have everything you could possibly need. I will definatly use them again as they are a better alternative to hiring a cramped hotel room. FIRST CLASS

Good Points: we ordered a 2 bedroom apartment and got a 3 bedroom penthouse!!!!! was amazing! the location - round the corner from sauchiehall street! the beds were really comfy too!
Bad Points: you couldnt open the doors for safety reasons but there should be small windows to open at least.
Further Comments: the staff were very helpful indeed. its great that they also offer an extended checkout time, if available, at ￂﾣ10 per hour. had an absolute ball from start to finish.

Further Comments: Very pleased with the accommodation bright, clean. Also within walking distance to all major shops and bars. Would not hesitate to book this apartment again Would recommend it to anyone, for business or pleasure

Good Points: The fact that it was like living in my own apartment. With all mod cons especially the Playstation2 and plasma TV. The ensuite bathroom as there was 4 of us.
Bad Points: The facilities that were offered on the internet such as pool, gym and sauna where never offered to us upon check in nor information provided in the room, no free carparking nearby. Although what bothered me is that a member of male staff wandered into my apartment at around half 7 on a Sunday evening which I found a little unnerving especially being a woman.
Further Comments: I really enjoyed my stay at the City Apartments Glasgow, you was pretty much left alone and loved the fact that I had a separate living area so it really felt like being in my own apartment. It was very close to all the places I wanted to visit, especially The Arches being ￂﾣ3.50 away was brilliant. The ony drawback was the carparking, eventually we found carparking that cost us ￂﾣ15 from Saturday afternoon until mondy morning, but if you were planning a long term stay could prove costly especially if you are on your own. Although we had to check in at the City Hotel Glasgow, this didn't bother me as it was literally 2 minutes around the corner. But apart from that next time there is a good night at the arches, count me in to be booking again!!

Good Points: City centre, modern
Bad Points: too hot yet too noisy if opened windows to cool down. Also there was only one huge aluminium pan and an old fashioned aluminium frying pan to cook with. Had deliberately booked self-catering yet were unable to do it because of paltry equipment.
