London Elstree Premier Inn near Watford: Watford Hotels

Good Points: Was first stay in Premier Inn and was very impressed indeed. Very clean, comfortable and cosy. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good value for money.
Bad Points: Tiny flies on window in room - had to squash about 4! No veggie sausgaes for breakfast though was told that there would be.

Good Points: Clean and with opening window to the room. Cool temperature. Near lift to ground floor. special praise to reception staff who were more than helpful with directions etc on request. Attentive restaurant staff and the offer of a paper to read was great as I was on my own. Felt safe and comfortable as a woman staying by herself. Would certainly recommend the Elstree Borhamwood hotel
Bad Points: There was a great deal of noise from people during the night outside under the windows. Everything else was great.

Further Comments: A good experience overall despite the unprepossessing location. The restaurant has improved considerably since I last stayed.

Good Points: Clean exceptional facilities
Further Comments: The best experience I have had in any hotel for a very long time . The staff went out of their way to be helpful,they were friendly and very informative.They made us very welcome . our daughter has special needs and they were patient and kind .I would and already have told friends about our stay.I would recomend this hotelto anyone.

Good Points: early book in was very helpful, The Shower, the room was quite cool(funky).
Bad Points: The noisy fan in the bath room, the iron i borrowed leaked on my shirt, there wasn;t fresh milk in the room. The towels were a little small
Further Comments: It was all good apart from... ...The noisy fan in the bathroom, the iron i borrowed leaked on my shirt, there wasn't fresh milk in the room (just little tubs of uht). The towels were a little small.

Bad Points: restaurant a little untidy, but had just served 3 coach loads of teenagers, may be normally tidy, but ok

Good Points: The accomodation for the money, was excellent value.
Further Comments: The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and tidy, the breafast was also very enjoyable. Altogether a pleasant experience.
