Good Points: Very professional friendly staff. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding
Bad Points: No room view. Bar and Room menu's were too complicated. Something simpler and easier would have been better for the simpler tastes

Good Points: The room we had was spacious and comfortable.
Bad Points: One small problem with the water temperature of the shower which keep changing on it own.
Further Comments: This was our first visit to Bath and the staff were very helpful and pleasant and made our stay enjoyable.

Good Points: the bed was very comfortable, the hotel was quiet and had a relaxed feel to it.
Bad Points: felt the room needed a makeover, the tv updating, and the cleaners were very loud-shouting to each other!

Further Comments: The hotel was lovely, the grounds were lovely, and the staff were really nice. There was a wedding the day we stayed there, but you wouldn't have known it, there was no disruption at all to any other guests. Really great place.

Good Points: Beautiful old building with great views. Very centrel to everything wiithout being right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Very pleasent stay
Bad Points: Because we checked in after 4pm we didn't have availability to dine in the resturant for dinner and we had to leave in the pouring rain. I think that residents should have had first priority to dine in house.
Further Comments: Everything was great, we definately got more than we bargained for!
