Good Points: CLEAN BEDDING AND CLEAN BATHROOM
Bad Points: THE SMELL OF SMOKE IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND THE CARPET WAS FILTHY I WAS SO SO DISAPPOINTED THE WHOLE FLOOR WAS STINKING OF SMOKE!

Further Comments: We had a comfortable stay the room was noisey with the air conditioning. Decor was tired & needed updateing.

Good Points: facilities in the room were excellant
Bad Points: the mattresses were far to hard
Further Comments: we would have like to have known how central we were to the shops but did find it very easy and the staff were most helpful giving us directions to a venue.

Good Points: Location, friendly,efficient staff and good restuarant and bar area
Bad Points: I most certainly say that the rooms are in need of an upgrade. I have stayed at this hotel quite often since it opened and the decor and carpets remain the same.
Further Comments: I couldnt answer whether I would or would not recommend the hotel to friends and visitors to Glasgow. As I am often staying on my own in this hotel the location is good and the public areas relaxed. However as I said above the rooms are in need of refurbishment and other than a one or two night stay I wouldnt use it.
