Good Points: As the Hotel re-opened following a refurbishment just as we were arriving i have to say they did an amazing job. if they do that when they are under pressure their service will be exemplary when that sort off pressure is off.
Bad Points: The White Hart is a country Inn/Hotel. If you are expecting London quality then you will be staying at the wrong Hotel. My Wife and I did not find anything wrong or to complain about.
Further Comments: Clean facilities, nicely themed rooms, super service from staff under pressure of just pushing out the builders to let the Guests in. Great atmosphere in the Bar and fantastic service from all of the staff. Well worth staying if you are in the south west Cotswolds.

Good Points: Very comfortable beds and nice touches like a video and tapes left in family room.
Bad Points: The plumbing was very noisy!!! Bathroom was a bit dated.
Further Comments: A lovely atmosphere and a great place to chill out.Beautiful; walks in the surrounding area too. The main 'hostess' was absolutely charming and nothing was too much trouble. Would like to have known that there was a bar menu on offer aswell as full dinner menu (this is not publicised - you have to ask) We will definitely go back to have more of their delicious scrambled egg!

Good Points: Room was clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful.
Bad Points: Size of the towels and hairdrier was not in the location of a mirror
Further Comments: Pleasent hotel in good location. Staff were very accomodating and food was good.

Good Points: Quiet room, back of building.comfortable and adequate in size.Good location for local walking and easy driving to Cheltenham and Cotswolds.
Bad Points: The bar area was the uncomfortable and lacking any atmosphere .The exterior looks old and inviting like most of the pubs in this area so it was very disappointing to find the interior like this.It usually had quite a few patrons,so each to his own.
Further Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay in Winchcombe due to the local area,a very nice pub up the road for real ale and good food, and our sleeping at The White Hart. I would recommend this hotel, but as an hotel, and tell folks about the pub up the road for drinking and local charm etc.

Good Points: The location, and swedish theme, and a good bar.
Bad Points: The check in and check out seemed to take for ever and staff seemed distracted. It was a poor welcome to the hotel. We are attached to this hotel because we stayed here for our wedding night several years ago, but this slightly marred our opinion of it.

Check out service poor - tried to charge us for someone else's stay and food and was extremely slow and took 3 attempts to get it right and half an hour later it was rectified.
