Good Points: Clean and reasonably well equipped. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
Bad Points: A little basic, but good value
Further Comments: When we arrived in our room it was cold and the heating control was not working. As soon as I reported this we were moved to another room which was fine. The staff were efficient and apologetic about the problem.

Good Points: Clean, spacious and comfortable
Bad Points: No bulbsin lamp over the bed
Further Comments: A comfortable, convenient hotel with clean spacious rooms. Will recommend.

Good Points: very clean,modern,loved the shower!
Bad Points: the location,hard to find,the toliet didnt flush very well.but thats about all.
Further Comments: It was hard to find,drove passed the hotel a few times,its hiden behind a car showroom.but overall the hotel was very nice,the staff were very helpfull and friendly.cardiff was a brilliant night out lots of fantastic bars,we found the older local people a lot more friendly to us then the young ones!!!!!!!!

Good Points: It was very spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Further Comments: Overall my daughter and I had a most enjoyable stay. The room was extremely comfortable and all the staff very helpfull and pleasant. We did not however realise that there was no restaurant. Perhaps we did not read the online description thoroughly, as it happens we were directed to a very good restaurant close to the hotel by one of the staff who was very helpfull.

Good Points: A good lodge style hotel with a above average sized room. Everything worked and was very clean.
Bad Points: It was noisy on the Saturday night/Sunday morning as the Clubbers returned.
Further Comments: Other than the noisy saturday night everything was fine. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is 10 minutes walk from the shops. Plenty of parking.

Bad Points: Room was cold (a very cold day and night). We turned heating up before going out to the Millennium Centre but on our return discovered that it had reverted to a much lower setting. This neccessitated turning up the heat again and waiting for quite some time before the room achieved an acceptable temperature. Also the curtain was hanging off the rail and would not completely cover the window. This was reported to reception upon leaving.
Further Comments: The hotel suited our purpose in terms of situation, i.e. convenient for both the Millennium Centre and Town Centre and for this reason alone would possibly use it again.

Good Points: helpful staff, and good selection for breakfast. Also ordered taxis which was needed.
Bad Points: Lack of food facilities in hotel and surrounding area - the city was a bit too far to collect food.

Good Points: Good location with excellent facilities. We would use the hotel again and recommend it to others
Further Comments: The hotel is in an excellent location for visiting Cardiff and has car parking. Taxis were readily available if required and this was arranged by the hotel reception staff willing. All the staff were most efficient and helpful. Breakfast was very good value with a good range of food served in a pleasant spottlessly clean dining area. All the staff were excellent and certainly added to the enjoyment of our stay.
