Good Points: reasonable distance but did use taxi.nothing detrimental. would book again no problem.
Bad Points: not enough pillows. towels too small. no tea bags.

Good Points: Friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice size rooms with clean new facilities, nice if poorly designed bathrooms
Bad Points: No management of other noisey guests Bathrooms designed by a man!? No where to hang towel to dry other than on a small rail, not ideal if FOUR people sharing Being put in room directly above entrance doors, kept awake by other guests having a last fag before going to bed at 3 am

Good Points: We found the hotel very clean and welcoming.
Bad Points: The bed mainly, it was horrendously squeaky and had a pit in the middle causing us to roll in , we didn't have decent pillows and therefore didn't really sleep much. The noise is terrible at night with all the loud parties coming back from their night out. Doors were slammed, swearing and general drunken racket on the corridors into the early hours of the morning.

Good Points: The size of the room was brill and so was the TV
Bad Points: The room was really cold and the bath had hairs in it from previous guests and the wrappers etc for tea and coffee were left from the previous guests and we had no cups.

Good Points: Good size family room, cot in room (as requested online)@ no extra cost, power shower was excellant.
Bad Points: Nothing.
Further Comments: Booking was easy online, all requests were met, however no conformation of extra's ie cot in the room and early arrival. Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were friendly. Good for family's and short stay. Breakfast was not inc in the price so we decided not to have it, as cheaper an better elsewhere.

Good Points: Really good shower
Further Comments: This is a really good hotel, the shower was really nice and the flat screen tv is a nice touch. Only a 10 minute walk into City but unless you know the area best to ask for directions.

Good Points: Good, basic value for money accommodation.
Bad Points: Continental breakfast - expensive too! No remote control for TV Bar facility bland and unwelcoming (not staff)
Further Comments: Made to feel very welcome. Hotel was clean and good value for money. Rooms comfortable with most facilities, though my wife prefers a bath to a shower and this was not available.

Good Points: Nice clean, comtemporary rooms. Great shower!
Bad Points: Room was cold - no extra blankets provided, and couldn't get heating to work - kept reverting back to default temp.
Further Comments: Great value for money.

Good Points: Functional, comfortable rooms. Clean, spacious bathroom. Very helpful reception staff. Good location - short walk into town centre. Parking always a bonus!
Bad Points: The shower took a long time to heat up and the bedroom looked onto the railway line. The freight trains at 6:00am were really unpleasant! - double glazing would be a good investment.

Good Points: Good room and general facilities
Bad Points: Location was on industrial estate . Walk into city centre rather harsh. Not enough pillows, holes /wear on the sheets. Breakfast finished early on week days for a week end half term break . Finished at 8.30!
Further Comments: Location is mid way between the Cardiff Bay area and City Centre. From the proice I was not expecting a prestige location but was suprised at the setting on an industrial estate - not a good sense of arrival to Cardiff - poor views from the bedroom to metal clad buidling! Howevere well located for getting there by car and getting away. Walk into city centre rather harsh ddown major roads not ideal trip to find somewhere to eat which was essential as there was no in house restuarant. Breakfast finished early on week days for oue weekend/half term break at 8.30!Not enough pillows, some holes /wear on the sheets. However good value for money and friendly staff

Further Comments: super accomadation- side lights did not come on immediately due to type of bulb therefore did not think they were working- perhaps a note would have been useful

Good Points: The room was spacious and comfortable. The area downstairs for breakfast, etc. was clean and modern looking.
Further Comments: Would have liked extra pillows and an iron and ironing board in the room. Would like a hair dryer in the room that doesn't require you to hold the button the whole time that you are using it.
