Bad Points: The wardrope was difficult and two drrawers in stead of one huge one would have suited us better.

Bad Points: wardrobe far too small, TV internet access impossible to work - poor instructions
Further Comments: very convenient and comfortable we got lost trying to find the hotel - much better signage is needed on the approaches, and better info on the website

Good Points: The room was large with two double beds, very clean with good facilities. The staff were helpful and the hotel was excellent value for money. Good location for the bay area. I would use this hotel again.
Bad Points: Taxi ride to the city centre.

Good Points: sleeping arrangements very spacious. the amount of electric sockets which can be a problem in room. iron with board and hair dryer
Bad Points: not enough water provided. shower compliment rather small
Further Comments: I would definately book again with Future Inn when we next stay in Cardiff. i really enjoyed the locations good too

Good Points: big beds, pillows & bedding! Brilliant long bath to accommodate tall people. TV, double glazing brilliant. Great shower system. Loved the mugs.
Bad Points: Needed bedside table both sides (only needs to be small for pills, water book - otherwise where is all that meant to go?? on the floor not a good idea. More tea bags please, 2 is not enough to accommodate thirsty travellers.

Bad Points: Room was non-smoking but had a stale smoke smell. Booked as a triple room but only had coffee facilities and towels for two.
Further Comments: Overall experience was adequate for the money. Nothing exceptional but nothing rank bad either. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable but kitted for two when it was advertised (and purchased) for three - beds aside. Informed staff that extra tea, coffee, milk, cups and towels were needed. All noted down most efficiently by the receptionist but never arrived. Hotel situation was perfect for purpose of visit.
