Good Points: Good location, excellent sized room, very comfy beds, good standard of bathroom, entertainment systems of a good and high quality
Bad Points: Only one thing, the bedroom was a little chilly, and I couldnt quite get it warm enough
Further Comments: Excelllent value for money, very clean and modern, great beds and overall spec of room excellent. Only the room temperature was a very small issue

Good Points: Excellent standard of facilities, staff helpfulness superb and location ideal for a break in Cardiff
Bad Points: Air conditioning was a bit exreme

Good Points: The cleanliness and space of the hotel room. It was excellent having 2 double beds. the bathroom and toilet was very clean. TV in room was also very good, had films that we were able to pay to watch. Plenty of space in room, nice view over cardiff bay.
Bad Points: Nothing, the only downside was that you could not have breakfast delivered to your room!!
Further Comments: The hotel was fantastic. really lovely accomodation. booked a double room and were pleased to find 2 double beds!! Lots of space in the room and was pleased to find the usual tea, cofee facilities, TV, internet access, iron and ironing board etc..The bathroom was immaculate with a seperate toilet. The hotel was very clean and tidy. staff were very friendly. great view over cardiff bay. would definately stay here again!!

Good Points: Comfortable and very clean.
Bad Points: Expensive prices in the bar, packet of crisps ￃﾂￂﾣ1, 60p would have been enough to charge.
Further Comments: Staff were very friendly, hotel was comfortable and really clean. Beds and pillows were quite hard.

Good Points: The large comfortable beds, and Tv internet access.
Bad Points: Couldn't get the hang of the air-con. Room a bit on cold side whatever I did.
Further Comments: It was lovely, but I spent most of my time out and about so didn't make full use of hotel facilities.

Bad Points: First room we were shown to had recently been a smoking room and it still smelt like it even after 2 months?

Good Points: Extremely well-designed, spacious room. Very comfortable beds.
Bad Points: Traffic noise. Also, the systenm for alerting staff to a room being empty is faulty as a maid let herself in with a passkey while my wife was still in bed (i had left for work early).
Further Comments: I should have liked to know if there are rooms not overlooking a busy main road.

Bad Points: we could only get a triple room, so was more expensive than we wanted to pay
Further Comments: very good hotel, close to the city centre with nearby leisure facilties nearby.

Bad Points: The lack of pleasant footpaths to the Millenium area
Further Comments: It was adequate but unexciting.The room was pleasant but some clues on the plumbing - about the outlet from the sink and the bath/shower controls - would have been appreciated. The breakfast food was fine but the coffee was not great.

Good Points: We were very impressed with the quality of the beds and bedding and we had two very comfortable nights sleep. This is quite rare in hotels. The bath was a good size too and plenty of hot water, something which was very welcoming after a long drive.

Good Points: It is very convenient to amenities. Thje hotel is clean and tidy and very presentable.
Bad Points: They quoted discount if we booked a theatre break which we did, however the web site would not take the promotional code and the hotel refused to give us the discount because we had booked the hotel through this web site. We were cross about this.
Further Comments: Overla we were pleased with our stay except for not being given the discount.

Good Points: clean and tidy nice bar and excellent food
Bad Points: the door into the toilet doubled as the bathroom door which was not very private
Further Comments: we wanted to overlook Cardiff Bay but we did not as the address is quite misleading but on the whole it was a great weekend and your staff were excellent. We walked to the bay which was only 10 minutes and had a lovely experience there with pubs and a great view over Cardiff Bay.
