Good Points: Clean rooms and polite service. The glass of beer i had in the bar was very good and looks like the pumps are well maintainted
Bad Points: The car parking was terible
Further Comments: I would have liked to know about the bad parking situation and would recomend the hotel but have to inform people of the car parking

Bad Points: Noise from the drunks celebrating the football in the bar below - that is not the fault of the hotel....
Further Comments: If I had know that I would be disturbed all evening by the noise from the bar, I wouldn't have booked.

Good Points: Unique. Something different having a Thai theme.Really enjoyed our evening meal.
Bad Points: Car parking was limited although it didn't cause any real inconvenience
Further Comments: We enjoyed the hotel theme and especially the food,the location,the local attractions.

Further Comments: The hotel is based in a nice central location near to shops, bars and tourist area. The staff were most friendly and service could not be faulted. Breakfast was given in many options for you to choose from and was served fresh and hot at your table - would stop there again

Further Comments: Superb, very friendly, hospitable. Food was great. Definitely my first choice when staying in or near Warwick.

Further Comments: Overall stay was good-friendly staff-clean. Highly reccommended for just long weekend stays.

Further Comments: My stay was most enjoyable, the rooms were tastefully decorated with everything I needed.The staff could not have been more friendly & welcoming...I appreciated this, particularly as I was travelling alone. Thank you for a relaxing stay. I shall definitely visit again.

Good Points: Accomodating staff; unique Thai decorating within Hotel, along with restaurant. The Check-in clerk contacted me minutes after I booked online to notify me of an error I made with the travel date I requested, thus saving me trouble of re-booking (much appreciated).
Bad Points: Car parking is very limited due to central location; however, there is a nearby pay & display that is convenient. Staff was very helpful when assisting with parking.
Further Comments: I had a nice stay and dinner was very good. Location is right in central Warwick. I plan to return soon to see more of the town.

Good Points: it was reasonably spacious, although it looked directly onto a brick wall (not a major problem for an overnight stay)
Bad Points: Bathroom maintenance (sink plug too stiff to use, shower mounting not secured) Wardrobe inadequate, unable to hang anything in it(too small, stacked with other items, get rid of wire coat hangers), insufficient lighting in room (wattage too low particular over & near dressing table, making it diffuclt to read/carry out any work).Put samller electric kettles in. Outside areas need attention to detail - left a bit to be desired.Parking at the hotel is limited and could be a problem if you arrived in the evening.
Further Comments: The plus side is the restaurant, impeccable service and food which was excellent. If you like Thai food, then you wont do better anywhere.

Good Points: The Thai theme made the hotel very unique, it was easy to find well located and the room was great.
Bad Points: Parking was a little hit and miss, although we did manage to park overnight we did have to block someone in
Further Comments: We really enjoyed being able to have an excellent meal at the hotel we were staying in. The room came with a DVD player and a couple of DVD's which we thought was a great touch.

Bad Points: showers..... controlo far too high, luckily partner reached them!!!
Further Comments: great for relaxing, non invasive staff, and upon waking late, no stress from reception to hurry and leave overall, a lovely stay

Good Points: It was indeed Thai-styled as the adverts boasted
Bad Points: There was no shower attachment in the room so I had to wash my hair using a jug, and then the hair dryer stopped working. These need to be sorted
Further Comments: In all it was fine for a small hotel. It was indeed a Thai hotel with subtle references around the building. All it needs to improve on is the facilities. There wasn't any noise from the adjoing Thai Elephant restaurant, which was good.

Good Points: the room was a surprise, it was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us (including our 2 yr old son), food is superb and can be serve as room service, staffs are kind to accomodate requests

Further Comments: over all experience was excellent. distance to our destinations were alright(warwick castle), we even went to stratford on the afternoon we arrived. the parking area would accomodate ( i think) for only 8 cars. were fortunate enough that when we went there, there were few guests so we were able to park our car. food is excellent at a reasonable price.

Good Points: Staff generally very friendly.Pleasant clean and comfortable room,good food if you like 'thai'.
Bad Points: The bar area was very noisy with a combination of TV,Piped music and transiant 'Saturday' night drinkers. Should consider Residents Bar area . We left prior to 7am therefore could not take breakfast although our price,ﾣ64,included it.Room price with optional breakfast would be a better idea.
Further Comments: Restaurant very good,food very good, suffers a little from town centre location but overall fine! Would recommend with qualification!
