Good Points: the hotel had good parking and was nice and clean with frendly staff
Bad Points: no tv in room and the buffet breakfast, if your not quick anough you dont get any.
Further Comments: i like the hotel it was a nice place to stay. would like to know in future if the breakfast is a buffet .i like my breakfast to be cooked for me and not have it standing for hour and a half.

Good Points: Good size room but a little dark
Further Comments: Suited my purpose as attending a local event. Some rooms would probably be hot in summer so ask for garden facing. Few staff who coped well and were very accommodating

Good Points: Clean room, pleasant patio area outside.
Bad Points: No television in the room!
Further Comments: Very welcoming hotel, staff were pleasant although very busy they took the time to make us feel welcome. Food was good and the drinks were extremely good value.!

Bad Points: Not a lot, our room was a little air less
Further Comments: Good place to stay for the Harewood Hill Climb, But put up the prices by 1.92% and stop the card charge!!!!

Good Points: Ecellent location, first class breakfasts, no TV or Musak - hurrah!
Bad Points: Room 8 is right over the toilets for the main bar and the noise is appalling. However, Room 12, to which we were moved is brilliant.

Good Points: The food was excellent, service a little slow but adequate.
Bad Points: The noise from the plumbing which persisted ALL NIGHT AND WAS MOST ANNOYING.
Further Comments: The food was excellent, the stay was only spoiled by noisy guests at 2am and by noisy plumbing in room 10. I would stay there again but not in room 10.

Good Points: Clean,pleasant staff,quiet and convenient for the things we wanted to do.
Bad Points: No televisions at all in the hotel and as it was the snooker final we found this rather disconcerting.
Further Comments: We had a pleasant stay,found it very convenient for the things we wanted to do.The lack of a T.V.we found a big miss.The staff were helpful.

Good Points: the style of the room and decorations, the bathroom was very good ( room 9 )
Bad Points: there seemed to be a hot water tank above the room which was very loud at night and made the room hot all the time ( room 9 )
Further Comments: this hotel was very good apart from the hot water tank in room 9 other than that i can't fault it

Good Points: we all enjoyed the polite curtious and obliging staff the food was beautiful, the hotel was very clean and the atmosphere delightful

Further Comments: location to Harewood house 1 minute from grounds, the hotel has a extensive range of drinks, and many we have never heard of but we tried a lot all very good, the food we ate at the hotel was the best we have eaten and very reasonably priced, the staff are very clean polite and curtious we wouldnt hesitate in booking the Harewood arms again you get a full english breakfast thats not for the faint hearted all fresh cooked and superb

Good Points: the breakfast,the staff were friendly and happy to help where possible.
Bad Points: bed too soft.
Further Comments: The hotel could be more informative on its website i.e no branded alchohol or soft drinks are stocked nor are there any t.v.s anywhere in the hotel.The staff however are friendly and any complaints where dealt with a.s.a.p .In my opinion the Harewood Arms would be moresuitable for elderly clientel looking for a queit break.,really quiet.

Good Points: Convenient for Harewood House and the Harewood Hill Climb
Bad Points: Television in room. Better wine list.
Further Comments: The room we were allocated had low beams, as we are both tall there was a lot of ducking! The light above the mirror at the entrance to the room wasn't working. In the restaurant I was served the wrong lamb dish, please be precise when ordering as there is a restaurant menu and a bar snack menu. The main bar had a rowdy element when we visited. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bad Points: Communication - we were not informed on our arrival that there was no television provided in our room.
