Good Points: Accomodation was clean and modern. Rooms were of a good size and were well presented

Further Comments: The hotel was ideally situated for both the train station and conference facilities at Warwick University. The hotel staff were fantastic. In particular, the reception staff were amongst the best I have met - they were pleasant, efficient, friendly but, most of all, very welcoming. Room service facilities were fast, efficient and vety accomodating. All in all an excellent hotel - boosted further by the amazing staff. I will be back!

Good Points: We found the hotel very comfortable and welcoming.
Bad Points: Nothing.
Further Comments: I booked the room as a surprise for my wife, I checked in one the Friday afternoon alone. That evening we went to the hotel for a meal. At the meal the restaurant staff heard of the surprise and gave us a complimentary platter of appetisers.( it was our wedding anniversary ). Over all our stay was very good, I would even say may be one of our best stays at any hotel.

Bad Points: Nothing. Only slight remark: the lift was a bit noisy, but this is only being pedantic, as we could sleep perfectly well anyway

Further Comments: A new, stylish hotel, close to City Centre with very helpful and efficient staff. Thoroughly recommended.

Further Comments: When we stayed it was a very hot day and the air conditioning was first rate. The staff were helpful and attentive. Very good breakfast. Car park next to hotel and very good value for ﾣ3. Although there are cheaper hotels in Coventry their car parks are non existant or far more expensive.

Good Points: My room was well equipped and spotless. I was on the 15th floor east side and the view was spectacular.
Bad Points: The lift was a bit tempermental, more of an irritant rather than a dislike
Further Comments: This hotel is well situated to the locality of the city centre which was what I needed. My room was very well equipped, spotless and very welcoming. The view across Coventry is spectacular, and the big wide window made it even more visual. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating and helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else next time I visit Coventry. And breakfast was scrumpcious, lovely meaty sausages.

Good Points: Very comfortable and nicely decorated
Bad Points: unfortunately we were unable to order movies via the tv and we were under the impression from the information that satellite was available with the price.
Further Comments: The breakfasts were excellent! We did not realise that we would have to pay for the car park. Other than the problem with the tv everything was better than we had expected. Two more things, there could have been more milks left for tea and coffee, we had to go and ask a couple of times and because the tv service was unavalable there wasn't any hotel information.

Further Comments: The rooms are wonderful clean light and airy, But when we went for dinner in the restaurant the menu had been decimated ' an A'La carte menu with only 4 starters and 5 main courses!!!!

Good Points: Great beds. Rooms very clean. Front Office, bar and evening restaurant staff excellent.
Bad Points: Breakfast was on cold side!
Further Comments: One of the best hotels we have stayed at in the past few years!!!! Staff could not be better!

Good Points: large rooms clean
Bad Points: the breakfast room staff is not actively serving - all of them, and they are many !!?? they intentionally look down to the floor and avoid facing the customer
Further Comments: when booking online I understood, the airport transportation is included into the drive-fly-packet (?) which I booked the check-out personel didn't accept this and we had to hurry to the railway station

Good Points: The hotel was very clean.
Bad Points: The hairdryer didn't work.
Further Comments: The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the service in the restaurant was good. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of choices. The hotel was close to the centre of Coventry and was only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, and bars.

Further Comments: Friendly staff,very efficient,good parking, excellent food, best towels found in a hotel for a long time.Ideal situation for Business, quick to NEC, good if visiting Coventry.Best Hotel we have used for Business.

Further Comments: Nice friendly hotel where I would certainly stay again.First English hotel I have stayed in where the bar staff actually knew how to pour a pint of Guinness!! Well done.

Good Points: Bathroom was a decent size All furnishings were new, modern and clean Next door to an excellent thai restaurant
Bad Points: Poor attention to detail by staff
Further Comments: The hotel is modern, clean and the staff are friendly but I would have expected more efficiency from a big name business hotel. The restaurant food was variable in quality but there is an excellent thai restaurant next door.

Good Points: A brand new hotel, great parking, nice friendly staff and clean rooms.
Bad Points: I would have liked the window to have been openable, however the air conditioning was more than suitable. Check-out would have been better being an hour later (12.00pm) as checking out at 11.00am meant that myself and my partner had around 2 hours to kill before the event on the Sunday began.
Further Comments: On thos whole, I had a pleasureable stay at the Ramada Coventry. We were able to check in early, which made the whole experience much easier and also meant that we did not have the leave the event we had come to Coventry for, half way through to come back to the hotel and check in. It may be an option to offer customers the option of paying a small subscription (say ﾣ5.00) when booking online to have a mid-day check-out. This could be done for guests staying on a Saturday night, as I would assume the hotel would be fairly empty on a Sunday evening.

Good Points: Easy to find location close to the Skydome, easy and good value parking. Reception staff were excellent and helpful in every way.
Bad Points: The room was very hot when the sun was on it and the air conditioning only available in the bedroom. The door to the bathroom/toilet is right next to the bed and a little too personal when the toilet is being used!
Further Comments: I am aware that this was a very busy weekend for the hotel but the manager will have been aware for some weeks that they would be fully booked and should in my opinion have trained the breakfast staff a little better to cope. I have an ONd in hotel and catering ops so it was beyond a joke to stand for 40 mins in a queue for breakfast and watch table stand unused and ready for guests. The staff seemed incapable of thinking that guests will share a table if asked and would be happy to sit down and eat rather than wait all this time for their food. When we reached the front of the queue i asked why 2 tables set for 3 and placed together had sat empty for 40 mins and I was told they were only for a group of 6!!!!!!!!! what rubish we sat there

Bad Points: Restaurant unable to cope with large numbers of guests for breakfast queued for some 30 mins. which was a short time compared to other guests.lack of hot snacks available during sunday afternoon
