Good Points: spacious, comfortable room
Bad Points: TV remote control didn't work. Room was ice-cold upon arrival.
Further Comments: An adequate overnight stopover reasonably priced. Continental Breakfast was cheap at ￂﾣ 2.50 but very basic and only instant coffee available ! But toast & jam were great.

Good Points: room was clean and comfotable.
Bad Points: general decor very dated, torn wallpaper in communal areas etc.
Further Comments: general decor of hotel very dated and shabby, service in the resturant appalling, rude staff,and the food was absolutley disgusting. the main meal was burnt round the edges and the chips were stone cold. not impressed at all.

Good Points: it was quiet and close to a restaurant and bar
Further Comments: the staff were friendly and the hotel room was clean and spacious and was definately value for money the parking was excellent and the food in the bar next door was brilliant.

Good Points: Accommodation was affordable, clean with all the basics required for a weekend break inc. good restaurant facilitys.
Bad Points: Rooms could be modernised in terms of decor.
Further Comments: Generaly a nice place to stay with good customer services, close amenities excellent food with a good range on the menu. the rooms were adequate but i would have prefered if there were photographs online so i new what the rooms were like before booking, however that is a risk im glad to have taking.

Good Points: I particulary liked where the hotel was located conviniently near tesco and mac donalds. It was also nice to have a joined pub, it was friendly and the staff were all happy to help. The rooms were a generous size and had all we required for our overnight stay. Would definatley check in again if back in the area!
Bad Points: The rooms were a tad hollow walled. could hear our neighbours arising early in the morning.
Further Comments: My stay was wonderful. The checking in and paying after the stay was all dealt with quickly asd easily and caused no stress what so ever.

Good Points: The room was very spacious, clean and had all the necessary facilities such as tea/coffee, towels, tv and heating. The bar/restaurante was adequate for a meal, few drinks and socialising.
Bad Points: Nothing.
Further Comments: Great location for alton towers just off the A50. Near to a 24hour tesco and McDonalds for snacks. Good restaurante with great value food and drinks. Helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities in the room such at towels, shower gel, tea/coffee, hairdryer and central heating. Rooms were very spacious with double bed and couch.

Bad Points: Clock did not work and lighting poor
Further Comments: This was a good budget hotel that served it's purpose well. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy and we had a really good value for money breakfast. The instructions on how to get there were poor and they had the wrong post code on the letter that threw the sat nav.

Good Points: All staff were friendly, informative and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious and it was, overall, very good value for money.
Further Comments: Very good service and value for money. The room was clean and staff were friendly. However, when searching for the hotel online, there seems to be two different postcodes which is slightly confusing for directions.

Good Points: Great Value! Clean and comfortable. Next door to a great Pub for a evening meal and breakfast.
Bad Points: Not enough teabags in the room, the cups looked as though they had just been rinsed under the bathroom tap and the curtains were broken.
Further Comments: As a whole this hotel was very good value for money. It was comfortable and clean. Good bath and shower room. The restaurant/pub attached to the hotel served good food, with a short waiting time and was also good value for money.

Good Points: the room was tidy but very outdated,the on-suite had mildew around the bath which didnt look very nice
Bad Points: everything was just very old/tired looking and the curtains were not even attatched to the curtain track properly.there was terrible mildew on the inside of the windows which is a health risk to chilren like mine with astma.
Further Comments: the fact that this hotel is so well sited for our needs helped emensly but im not sure we would use this hotel again unless they underwent a refit.
