Bad Points: Food was terrible
Further Comments: Breakfat time was 8:15am which was late for Business events. When I went for breakfast few minutes early I was told by staff to wait as she is going to check with cook first.

Good Points: friendly and efficient staff.the room had everything needed for an overnight stay
Bad Points: the room was in need of a re-vamp damp patches on the wall in the bathroom
Further Comments: We would like to have known that parking was rather limited,this however would not put us off revisiting the hotel as the food was excellent and the staff attentive and friendly.

Good Points: The en suite bathroom was very good
Bad Points: The room was rather small and the windows were old with black mould around them.
Further Comments: The hotel is a bit faded and tatty but the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no TV remote control in the room and no telephone, although the hotel booklet kept mentioning numbers to call for baby listening etc. For one night it was fine and I'm sure the coach parties who stay there have a great time. Breakfast was good, served by a really friendly waitress - it was a pleasure listening to her chatting with the other guests (and with us).

Good Points: amazing sea view
Further Comments: very polite staff at check in and night reception, fantastic room very good value for money would highly recomend to anyone for a lovely place to stay for a weekend or longer

Good Points: It was quiet and had a good veiw of the sea. In easy reach of the town.
Bad Points: The room was cold, no entertainment

Good Points: Lovely seafront twin bedroom with balcony the bathroom was very clean with white fluffy towels
Bad Points: Shame about the work being done on the 'SPA'across from the hotel (rather noisy from 7.45 in the morning)
Further Comments: My sister and myself enjoyed our stay at the Monarch Hotel very much.Was surprised everything closed down by 23.00hrs and would have liked a little bit of soft background music during breakfast.

Good Points: Hotel Was Friendly & Staff Were Very Helpful & Nice. Bedroom Was Cleanish Although Could Have been Better.
Bad Points: Wasn't very happy with No Smoking rooms but glad you provided smoking area even though it was thought strange when a trip was made down 500 stairs at midnight. Room furniture was shabby and in need of a facelift. Tea & Coffee Making facilities were scary and needed replacing.
Further Comments: Liked the hotel and would stay again but feel that the hotel needs modernising and cheering up. Staff were the main plus point of the stay and are what would make me return to the hotel if in Bridlington again.

Good Points: the room was a good size.It was very good value for money.
Bad Points: i cannot think of anything negetive to comment on.
Further Comments: The staff were friendly and cheerful. The hotel was the cheapest we could find,i was impressed with it overall.
