Good Points: nicely laid out and equipped, centrally located, generally very clean.
Bad Points: no hot water on the first afternoon; bin in bathroom not emptied from previous occupant; no plugs in the sinks
Further Comments: very pleased with this choice of hotel - it met our needs very well. We will definitely use Premier Apartments again.

Good Points: spacious.quiet, comfortable very well equiped
Bad Points: smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. Ashtrays were on display
Further Comments: I liked the washing machine and if I had known it was there i would have packed less . great for a family and city visit.

Good Points: the rooms felt like proper homes they were amazing.I also felt the security of the building was brilliant made my stay much easier.
Further Comments: these apartments are amazing. I didnt think they would be as good as they were. I think you get some much for your money. the rooms were very clean and very comfortable made me feel more relaxed being away from home for the very first time. I am looking to book up again with the apartments i wouldnt want to stay anywhere else now.

Further Comments: It would have been useful if there was earlier access to the apartment - 2pm was a little late for our needs. But overall it was a very pleasant experience, staff were helpful and friendly and the apartment's facilities were excellent

Good Points: spacious, liked the decor
Bad Points: a bit tatty, bath panel was hanging off, windows were filthy, edging strip of kitchen counter top was missing.
Further Comments: The location is excellent and the accomodation is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. The apartment is of a high standard but for the money being charged I would expect better maintenance.

Good Points: The apartment was amazing, spiral staircase, lots of tv channels, and gorgeous decor and fully equipped kitchen and perfect location, 2 minutes from carling academy.
Further Comments: The apartment was amazing, gorgeous decor with a little spiral staircase, staff were so friendly and the apartment couldn't have a better location just 2 minutes from the carling academy. Highly Recommended no complaints at all!!

Further Comments: Great value for money - two really spacious bedrooms and a great central location.Well equiped kitchen too. Only downside is the early moring noise as many revellers return! not a location for an early night! but great if you want to be in the heart of the City.

Good Points: Clean, modern, well-equipped and ideally situated in central Newcastle.
Bad Points: Nothing really although we noted that both bedrooms had suffered minor abuse (damaged plasterwork) from previous occupants.
Further Comments: A good, if slightly pricey, option for a weekend break. Clean, modern and well-equipped accommodation, located close to the station and handy for all the main sights. Pleasant, helpful staff. The only downside is its obvious popularity with a younger set intent on having a few wild nights in Newcastle. Maybe we were just unlucky but we were disturbed several times in the early hours of the morning. Not recommended for light sleepers.

Good Points: We liked the apartment very much, it was like a home from home, all the things you need!
Further Comments: This is the first time we have used Premier Apartments but we will definately be using them again. The service was excellent and the apartment itself was superb. Close to the city centre, walking distance from the main attractions of Newcastle.

Good Points: spacious apartment that was well designed
Bad Points: The cleaning and facilities management could be done better. Glasses and dishes were dirty (lipstick on glasses), but were back in cabinets. 6 lightbulbs were burned out.
Further Comments: I would stay there again. They just need to get a better checklist for cleaning staff to use.

Further Comments: I have always stayed in B&Bs when I visit Newcastle but thought I would try the apartments. I was not disapointed. The whole apartment was clean, spacious and warm. Everything we needed was to hand. I particularly liked the fact that we didn't have to vacate the apartment until midday giving us chance to have a relaxing breakfast in the privacy of our own rooms. The staff were very helpful. The underground parking was useful. If I have to be critical I would only say that the directions to the car park were a bit misleading. We got lost in the one way system a few times, but that's all. I'm hoping to stay there again in May and July 2007.

Good Points: central locatio...clean and comfortable...everything we needed right at hand.
Further Comments: staff very accommodating...excellent facilities...if we needed anything staff were on site to help and pleasat...easy to book online...lovely attractive apartments...well maintained... would def use again.
