Good Points: polite friendly staff. good location. good food. excellant accomadition.
Bad Points: in chalets ventilation of roof window needed as unable to laeve patio door open due to small children .
Further Comments: would have liked better instructions on how to find it as this took a while.

Good Points: the room and common areas were poor standard, dirty, filthy blankets. we did not stay

Further Comments: inadequate travelling instructions. outside decor ie peeling paint offputting. check in woeful. could not find booking details. no offer to carry wifes bag to room. no explanation as to mealtimes.hall and staircase strewn with litter and needed cleaning.room (no 6) was poorly furnished with cheap inadequate furniture. bedclothes were abysmal including a grubby blanket. we returned to reception and left. the hotel does your booking service no credit. we are writing to tourist board and environmental health

Further Comments: The chalet room was very spacious, light and in good condition. The staff were very helpful. We had tickets for a rugby match in Cardiff. The staff arranged a taxi to take us to the nearest railway station, to travel into central Cardiff. Good breakfast. Newspapers readily available at breakfast.

Good Points: nice accomodation in a lovely setting we stayed here 4 weeks ago and had a chalet which was lovely with your own parking space, this timewe had a double room in the the main building
Bad Points: more variety at breakfast please as i am a vegetarian!!!!
Further Comments: would have liked to know more about the area as for restaurants wefound a harvester by chance and had to browse the internet for other restaurants, apart from that a fantastic stay.
