| Good Points: Convenient location ie close to railway station and centre of town |
| Further Comments: The only criticism being the cost of breakfast. Over ￂﾣ8 for a bowl of cereal and a cup of tea is rather too much! |

| Further Comments: This is a good, well positioned hotel, good accommodation but everything other than the room is expensive - breakfast, room service, internet access, bar drinks etc. - everything is priced high so suggest you use the hotel for accommodation only and go elsewhere for everything else - eg. local internet cafe & Wind St. for bars, food etc. |

the only down fall to my stay was that after a long day and a early start the next morning my room on the second floor was right over the funtion room with load music playing to 1am so i had little sleep |

| Good Points: Nice centrally located hotel, the staff were excellent and the swimming pool was very good. Overall very good. |
| Further Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and helpful. The car parking is a bit of a squeeze (good job we have a small car). The directions require changing as there has been some extensive regeneration in this area, to the better, so the directions are out of date. Ideal location for shopping (so my wife says!) |

| Good Points: The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.We stayed with our 19mth old daughter and the hotel high chairs were clean which hasn't be the case in other hotels i have stayed in!! |
| Bad Points: The travel cot that we had in our room seemed to be broken and a little unstable. |
| Further Comments: We would definatley stay at the Dragon Hotel again. In fact we are coming to Swansea for a wedding in the summer and have already been onto all our friends and family to reccommend the Hotel! |

| Further Comments: Although checkout was not until midday, we were disturbed twice by cleaners coming into the room while we were still trying to sleep.
Also the fire alarm was being tested during the morning which made it impossible to sleep. I would of thought that the afternoon would have been a more considerate time to do this work.
It would also of been nice to know that demolition work was being carried out in front of the hotel and to have been asked whether we would of prefered a room at the rear.
It would have been good to have known that the hotel restaurant was going to be closed on the night of our visit before we booked as well. |

| Further Comments: The perfect place to stay in Swansea, polite helpful staff.
Great room, great facilities.
Only annoyance the self serve breakfast was stupidly overpriced, at nearly ￂﾣ15 I would have expected it to be served, not self service.
Will use the Dragon again. |
