Good Points: very high standard alround leisure facilities fantastic cant wait to go back
Further Comments: this hotel was of a superb standard. the location was excellent slap bang in the city centre. the rooms and leisure facilities was top class cant wait to go back in september.

Good Points: The executive room was very large and clean, the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help
Bad Points: The parking was ￂﾣ10 at the NCP over night, not that much of a negative but could be easier with own car park

Good Points: Almost everything!
Bad Points: The fact that the swimming pool closed at 8pm and didnt open until the following morning.

Good Points: the room and staff were very good could do with another bar as we found the one you had very crouded dont know if it was open to public

Good Points: The accomodation was more than I expected and was very good the staff were friendly and helpful and the food and service in the restaurant was great
Bad Points: The walls in the room were a little thin and you could hear people in the adjoining rooms getting up in the morning
Further Comments: I have one question, my wife is disabled and I was planning to bring her up with me the next time I visit your fair city and wondered is your hotel disabled friendly? I hope so. The park plaza hotel is worth every peeny spent staying there as far as i am concerned

Good Points: The accomodation was more than I expected and was very good the staff were friendly and helpful and the food and service in the restaurant was great
Bad Points: The walls in the room were a little thin and you could hear people in the adjoining rooms getting up in the morning
Further Comments: I have one question, my wife is disabled and I was planning to bring her up with me the next time I visit your fair city and wondered is your hotel disabled friendly? I hope so. The park plaza hotel is worth every peeny spent staying there as far as i am concerned

Further Comments: The facilities and accommodation were first class, we were extremely pleased with our stay. The only comment I have is there were no fried eggs available when i went up for my breakfast.

Good Points: Very clean - staff helpful - check-in/check-out fast and efficient - room quiet - an excellent choice
Bad Points: As always at large hotels we dislike buffet style hot food at breakfasts as they never are hot.
Further Comments: Overall this hotel was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff who were helpful and courteous. Our room was excellent and very clean but we felt that a luggage rack in the bedroom might have been useful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were in the area.
