Good Points: Good location, nice and clean rooms and an excellent breakfast
Bad Points: Rumble/humming noise audible in rooms, shower weak and little choice of TV channels.
Further Comments: Great location only minutes from Leamington/Warwick and close to a buiness park with supermarket, restaurants, pubs...etc. Rooms are clean and very nice although the shower was a little weak and the shower curtain didn't keep all the water in. There was a rumble/humming noise all the time in the room, but it's not enough to disturb really, although the doors of other rooms are quite loud. Only standard TV channels and pay per view movies available, freeview or sky channels would have been much better. The breakfast was fantastic - all the choice you could ever want and great coffee machine. Would reccommend as great value for money, but don't spend too much on a room...

Good Points: Great to have the little extras like quality toiletries and nice biscuits. Also to have a trouser press, iron and ironing board in the room. Brilliant to have plenty of thick, soft pillows - what a difference that makes to having a good night's sleep!
Bad Points: Absolutely nothing.
Further Comments: This was our first stay at a Marriott hotel, but it certainly won't be our last!

Good Points: It was convenient, clean, comfortable; good value for money and the rooms were lovely. The beds were very BIG and we liked the bathrooms.
Bad Points: NOTHING.
Further Comments: All the information I needed was online. The hotel was of extremely good quality for its star rating, and the welcome at reception was warm. The rooms were luxurious, especially the bathrooms which were tastefully designed, and there were plenty of scrummy biscuits on offer! In addition, the coffee machine for breakfast was most exciting. However, we did feel that the restaurant was rather expensive and, although the rooms were excellent value for money, the gastronomic delights seemed overpriced. We thoroughly enjoyed our short but sweet stay, and would certainly recommend the hotel, but less expensive meals please!!

Good Points: very comfortable.
Further Comments: We were visiting our family in Warwick and stayed at the courtyard overnight. As we have stahyed at this hotel on previous occasions this was the first time I had booked a stay on line. It certainly pays to shop around for prices - on previous occasions I had booked diret with Marriott. This is a very comfortable place to stay with a great buffet breakfast.

Good Points: The room size, the bed was large and comfortable with plenty of cushions.
Bad Points: No coffee or tea served by waiting staff at breakfast, quality of that in self service flasks poor. No information in the room regarding the cost of services. No restuarant menu in the room only a room service menu. No face flannel in the bath room and very few tissues. Problem with gaining enough ventilation in the rooms as during our stay the weather was very hot.
Further Comments: No problems overall - room was very nice, room presentation and breakfast service average/fair.

Good Points: simple and friendly checkin. Courteous staff, very clean hotel. Fitness room. Ice bucket and ice available close by was a nice touch.
Bad Points: Bedroom much too hot. Fitness room is very small and could do with more equipment for novices. i.e. small weights and floor mat.
Further Comments: Checking into the hotel was simple, the staff very courteous. The hotel is very clean including the bedroom. Tea, coffee and biscuits in our room. Even an ice bucket with an ice machine just along the corridor. Lots of choice at breakfast. Hotel is situated between Leamington Spa and Warwick and there is a retail park within walking distance but not too close. Bedroom was too hot although a fan was in the room. We werent able to open the window enough to get a breeze. This made sleeping a little difficult. If there had been air con in bedroom we would have rated hotel as excellent.

Good Points: Friendly and helpful staff who were prepared to put themselves out. We arrived late after the restaurant had closed, sandwiches and coffee were arranged for us as soon as they realised we had not had an evening meal.

Bad Points: A mini-bar was not provided, nor was there a room service menu in the room. Minor issue!
Further Comments: I would like to have seen a sample restaurant/room service menu, would like to have known breakfast/dinner serving times. (I may have eaten in the hotel had I known this in advance). Otherwise, exactly as I would have expected from Marriott, i.e. no unpleasant surprises!

Good Points: The food in the restaurant was very good, with a very comprehensive menu.
Bad Points: It doesn't suit the business traveller - it only has broadband access in the bar, which is no use if you're trying to work at night. Also it does not do room service in the morning.
Further Comments: My room didn't have air conditioning and was warm at night, but when I opened the window, it is very noisy. Breakfast was included in my rate but they wouldn't serve it in my room.

Good Points: It met all your requirements PLUS it had an iron and ironing board which I have had to ask for in other hotels.
Bad Points: Smoking areas around bar.
Further Comments: I booked the hotel for my husband and I and a couple of friends. I was looking for a quality but reasonabley priced hotel. On arriving I was immediately impressed by the helpfulness, friendlyness and professionalism of the receptionist. We ate in the restaurant that night and the staff were equally effective. Overall the staff appeared to be happy in their work which is always a good recommendation for the establishment. The food was also of a very high standard.

Further Comments: The few staff I met were very pleasant and efficient. Check in and out was very easy and quick. Very clean and quiet room.

Bad Points: the receptionist on arrival was not welcoming
Further Comments: everything went smoothly, the receptionist on arrival could have bn more welcming and advised us when breakfast was, she just took my card details and when i went to check out, i had to pay thinking I was paying again as she had not told me that she was pre authorising my card, apart from this we enjoyed our stay and found it very easy to book on line.
