Good Points: The room was ideal. Loved having a seperate bedroom to living room. Great having a kitchen too.
Bad Points: There was no washing up liquid or cloths. If staying for longer than one night this wouldl have been an issue. Don't understand why these things cannot be provided when soap and shampoo is!!! Lastly the mattress on the bed needs replacing. I was not asked if my stay was good by the staff when checking out. I would have mentioned it then. The mattress dips in the middle so you tend to both roll into the middle and get crushed. I have a bad back so I did not get much sleep.
Further Comments: Otherwise the apartment was excellent. Very modern feel and facilites were good. Home from home.

Good Points: The apartment was furnished in a lovely modern style, the beds were really comfortable, good equipment supplied
Further Comments: We went to a concert at the Nottingham Arena so the location of the apartments was absolutely brilliant. A music system was supplied so it was great to be able to go back to the apartment and chill and not have to bother trying to get into a bar after the concert. The apartment was very comfortable and modern and we all felt very relaxed. The only downfall was that we met with friends after the concert and security would only let one person come into the apartment with us. I can understand their concern but with such a large bond to pay, we fully understood our responsibility to look after the apartment. But other than that, we had a great stay, would use it again and highly recommend it.

Good Points: It was modern, clean, plenty of room, close to restaurants and bars etc.
Bad Points: Nothing - it was perfect.
Further Comments: We had booked to see a concert at the Ice Arena and this accommodation was perfect and very reasonably priced. We sat and watched the crowds queuing in the rain whilst we had a few pre-show drinks and then made our way stright in when the queues had gone .We had a fantastic time, it was a great place to chill after the concert.

Good Points: Modern and stylish
Bad Points: A little poky compared to some of the other one bedroom apartments.
Further Comments: It was ashame to see things so dirty.. the floor was dirty on arrival as well as the kitchen cutlery and equipment. The fridge was digustingly dirty. When having a shower, hot water ran out after 1 minute. Had to have cold showers. Experienced a similar problem last time I stayed, but thought it may have been the one off.. obviously not! Requested a double room, but was given a room with two single beds that were pushed together.. it was very uncomfortable. Fire alarm went off a number of times which was irritating. The first time I stayed at the Derby Road apartments, I loved my stay and was recommending it to everyone. Since then, at the ice house, the standards have lowered. It's dissappointing and a shame!

Good Points: it was very spacious, modern and very clean- it was a pleasure to stay in.
Bad Points: there was nothing that was very bad the only thing was that the cd player in our room did not work

Bad Points: the accomodation was tatty, the carpets were stained and dirty
Further Comments: I was disappointed with the quality of the accomodation. Had I paid the full price I would not stay again.

Further Comments: The location of the hotel was ideal as we were going to the Arena that night. Very friendly reception staff, convenient parking. Good value for money.

Good Points: free upgrade to the penthouse apartment convenient location
Bad Points: we werent allowed on balcony - would have been nice
Further Comments: Very good experience in apartments. Reception staff very friendly and accomodating. Rooms had everything we could have wanted - including comfy sofas and beds, very nice showers, even complimentary shower cap and all the equipment needed for full fry up sunday morning. Would definetely stay again.

Good Points: The apartment was fantastic, well worth the money and excellant value compared to a hotel room. Will use again no problem.
Bad Points: The only thing the apartments did not have was a bar for a drink prior to going out. Not a major problem, and wouldn't put me off staying again though.
Further Comments: Fantastic, room's are impressive and will use again. Worth the money.

Bad Points: Check out times on a saturday, we had to leave early to pick our daughter up, but had to return to check out, as no one as available at 9:30 when we left.

Good Points: The setting was very nice all the modern equipment, however there was n o satalitte TV, which was a disapointment and no TV in the bedroom which would have been nice.
Bad Points: Give better details opf there is available in the city.
Further Comments: I was pleased with most of my stay however was very dissapointed that there was no hot water in the morning to have a shower. After reporting the problem it was not solved and we were made to leave with washing properly the following day. When the problem was explained to the receptionist no goodwill gesture or adequate apology was given and we felt as though we had been 'Brushed Off'... This was very dissapointing
