Good Points: atmosphￃﾃￂﾨre familiale, personnel chaleureux et disponible, chambre trￃﾃￂﾨs bien dￃﾃￂﾩcorￃﾃￂﾩe et entretenue, petit jardin, choix du petit dￃﾃￂﾩjeuner, proximitￃﾃￂﾩ du centre ville et de la plage, calme environnant.

Good Points: Good location. Friendly attentive staff.

Good Points: Clean, spacious, good facilities, friendly staff, good breakfast, fairly central location.
Bad Points: Constant smell of cooked food!
Further Comments: A lovely place - would definitely use again. It would helpful to know that parking can be arranged outside.

Good Points: Nicely decorated and layed out, well thought out.
Bad Points: Smallish room and ensuite, but this is in keeping with the type of building
Further Comments: The hotel is very well situated near to the sea front and the shopping/dining areas of Brightone. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very nicely decorated and furnished. Breakfast is great too, with a choice of 4 or 5 different options, plus the usual extras - very nice. Overall I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Good Points: Nicely decorated and layed out, well thought out.
Bad Points: Smallish room and ensuite, but this is in keeping with the type of building
Further Comments: The hotel is very well situated near to the sea front and the shopping/dining areas of Brightone. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very nicely decorated and furnished. Breakfast is great too, with a choice of 4 or 5 different options, plus the usual extras - very nice. Overall I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Good Points: The accomodation was seriously poor value for money. We were sold a double on suite room where in fact the bathroom was upstairs! The apartment was not even in the hotel but an annex a few doors up. The building it was in was shared with people who obviously owned or more likely rented (as the communal area was in a poor state) the upstairs flat.
Bad Points: Just about everything, scaffolding poles outside the window. The garden with old cooker in it, skip out the back, overlooked by tower blocks, tiny room etc.
Further Comments: The female staff who work there were very friendly. This however does not make up for booking the most overpriced hotel room of my life, by some considerable margin. This is marketed as 4 star personally I think he has drawn two on these on himself.

Good Points: The location was very good - we could walk everywhere from the hotel - and we had the feeling we were living rather than staying in Brighton because the hotel is nestled amongst private dwelings
Bad Points: The street cleaners in Brighton could do better!
Further Comments: There was clearly an emphasis on giving us quality rather than quantity which suited us very well. This was reflected in the warm and family feel to the hospitality we received from the staff, the comfort of the room and some of the minor but no less important details like the CD library and the fact that supplies of things like tea and coffee were plentiful (nothing anoys me more than having to go and ask for these things). The room was well appointed and we had excellent facilities, such as a lounge space (we stayed in the annexe), which worked brilliantly for us as we were able to entertain our son who visited us there. Thanks for the stay. We will definitely go back for our next visit to Brighton in the Spring.

Further Comments: This hotel was brilliant. Incredibly relaxed and friendly, fantastic location near the bars, clubs, shops, the pier. The room was great - everything we needed, and breakfast was delicious and runs until 11! It was the perfect place to stay for the weekend.
