Good Points: Location and Parking
Bad Points: We had to pay cash only and had no prior warning - when we tried to discuss this, the staff were not understanding at all and did not offer a compromise even though it was fault of the hotel
Further Comments: I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again

Bad Points: evening meals not being cooked to order even though the guide in the room stated that this service was available
Further Comments: i will not be using this hotel again as the guide stated evening meals were available if ordered by 1730 i was then told after a long and tiring day that this was not so when i stated my husband was in pain and could not walk back to parade of shops this did not make any difference to the reply i got

Further Comments: the hotel was in a good location, clean and service provided was of excellent quality. as stated above the only thing that could have made the stay better would be a larger room as it was a bit small.

Bad Points: One minor point, the position of the tv was too low.
Further Comments: We enjoyed our stay, the service was efficient at check-in and at breakfast. It would have been nice to have a breakfast menu on the table at breakfast.

Good Points: The hotel was warm, clean and welcoming. The staff were lovely and helpful.
Bad Points: The over-bath shower seemed to have a faulty thermostat which could have been dangerous to use. The bath did not have an anti-slip surface.
Further Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, welcoming hotel and will definatley book there again.
