Good Points: Warm, Clean, Friendly & Very good food.

Good Points: Friendly staff, Good food, Comfortable bed
Further Comments: This hotel was booked because my wife and i liked the idea of staying in an olde country inn whilst visiting Lincoln christmas market. However,we liked the location so much ( a typical english village ) we hope to be visiting again in the summer to explore the countryside.

Good Points: Quaint atmosphere. Just right for the location. Food was great.

Good Points: pleasant village setting,nicely furnished,comfortable accommodation with adequate heating and facilities. Good food and standard of presentation.
Bad Points: creaky bathroom floor and dripping hot tap.(not a problem!)
Further Comments: nothing further to add. we enjoyed the brief stay.

Good Points: The room was very poor for ￂﾣ75 per night,the bed was very uncomfy and the bathroom was very tired and in urgent need of some decorating and both were very small.Would definetly not recommend it to any one. Well overpriced !!

Bad Points: There was no hot water available on final morning ... I assumed this may have been as I was the only overnight guest remaining.

Good Points: Handy for Humberside Airport. Good value for money. Pleasant and accommodating staff.
Further Comments: Made welcome, then left alone. Staff were helpful without being overbearing. Room was pleasant. Menu ( good choice of fish dishes ) was very good.

Good Points: Clean, neat well appointed.
Bad Points: All hotels, can never find the instructions for the bedside clock/alarm.
Further Comments: The staff were superb. There was flooding at the front of the hotel. I was delayed by a number of hours but when I got there they showed me my room and then produced an excellent meal. Breakfast was brilliant. One guest asked for an alternative dish (smoked haddock with poached egg) for his next day. The staff discussed it with him to establish what was required and then said they would arrange it for the friday breakfast. Everybody was helpful and friendly. I WILL take my wife and stay there again on a leisure basis.
