Good Points: Room was claen and tidy. Hotel was well positioned for accessto the town and to coasta;l walks.
Bad Points: Reception on TV was poor and there was no Hair Dryer in room
Further Comments: Overall the accommodation was good, with very friendly and helpful Staff. The food, both at Breakfast and Evening Meal were to a high standard. Would use again

Good Points: The room was a very good size with all the facilities we needed, tv, tea/coffee making equipment, nice bathroom and working shower. Although a little dated and in need of a bit of tlc, the room was very clean and comfortable.
Further Comments: This hotel was easy to find and well located for the beach and only a 10 minute walk into Bournemouth town. We can't rate the staff highly enough, from check in to check out they were friendly, attentive and courteous the entire stay. A small problem with the card for entering the room was dealt with immediately. In particular, the young lady who served us at breakfast was incredibly cheerful and polite and nothing was too much trouble for her. All in all, a very good experience and we'd have no hesitation in using this hotel again.

Further Comments: Room and facilities were good. The general decor of the hotel was good. The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre. Breakfast was excellent. The owners and staff were very friendly and efficient. Water pressure on the upper floor was poor, so degrading the performance of the shower. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and I would have no hesitation in using the hotel again.

Good Points: The room was very spacious and light, the en-suite was very modern, clean and also spacious. The hotel was in an excellent location within easy walking distance to the beach,shops,resturants etc
Bad Points: The only fault we could find is that the decor and furniture was a bit dated.
Further Comments: On the whole we couldnt fault the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was enough parking, within easy reach to the beach, shops, resturants. The town was only a 10 min walk. The breakfast was very nice, with a choice of full cooked breakfast etc. The room was nice, light, and clean. We would stay again at this hotel.

Bad Points: Bathroom a bit too small and the parking arrangements.
Further Comments: Happy with the layout of the room but the bathroom is very small. The double block you in parking is a ok if you are a party with two cars. Parking area for motorbikes would be nice and saves a car space
