Good Points: Large clean comfortable room with very friendly helpful staff.
Bad Points: Decor a little dated in room
Further Comments: The tower house hotel is good value for money. It is very spacious with a large bar and dining room. Breakfast is good, although it is served between 8.15 and 9.15, any later and you miss it! The staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the centre of Bournemouth and the beach. We had no problems parking in the hotel carpark, but if the hotel was full it might be difficult. Would certainly consider another visit if we needed to go to Bournemouth.

Bad Points: No Hair dryer - no pressure for water (took all day to run a bath!) TV signal poor restricted time slot for Breakfast (sundays could of done with being a bit later)

Bad Points: Poor standard or cleanliness of first room, then had to move stuff to new room. No refund when told I was shortening stay.

Further Comments: This accommodation was very nice indeed and good value for money. Bad Points: The wash basin in the bathroom did not drain very effectively.
Further Comments: The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I was allowed to keep my car in the car park for most of the day following my check-out. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very convenient for the International Conference Centre - it was only 10 minutes walk away.

Further Comments: The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I was allowed to keep my car in the car park for most of the day following my check-out. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very convenient for the International Conference Centre - it was only 10 minutes walk away.

Further Comments: I had booked at /very/ short notice (late on the day of my arrival, through the internet). On arrival at the hotel, my room was unprepared. When I rang down to inform the reception desk, I was immediately upgraded to a very large double room, which was excellent, and the staff were most kind and helpful. Dealing with an unexpected problem in this way is the mark of the true professional. During my whole weekend, the staff were cheerful and attentive and extremely polite and pleasant. I would certainly go there again.
