Good Points: Bed comfortable
Bad Points: tiny tv. nO internet connection.
Further Comments: Food was appalling, just terrible. I couldn't eat the food. Staff did not know what they were doing, nice people but didn't have a clue.

Good Points: It was very clean and well kept. It was quiet. It was handy to M18.
Bad Points: There wasn't a lot of circulating space in the room.
Further Comments: We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The service was flexible. We were working at a studio and not knowing from day to day what our schedule might be. The hotel was able to provide meals for us during the day, outside of the stated hours. There was a good range of food choice. The beds were comfortable. tea/coffee making requirements were kept well topped up. We enjoyed staying here.

Good Points: It was sufficient and comfortable. It is conviently located.
Further Comments: It would have been better for the accomodation to have breakfast included in the price and the option to include the evening meal.

Further Comments: Everything was fine - clean room, towels, good shower - shame no Sky TV - would have like to have watched cricket. Have recommended colleagues use hotel if staying in area.Staff very friendly

Good Points: A very quiet undisturbed hotel, a bit difficult to locate at first due to its location. Value for money was excellent when compared to other hotels in the area.
Further Comments: It would have been better to have known that the hotel was located within a small industrial unit / workshop area. I was sure that I was in the wrong place even if when my sat nav system guided me right to the door. However, don't let the location put anyone off from staying here, you will not be disappointed. Close to the A1,M18, M1 intersection, with easy access to Rotherham, Sheffield and Doncaster.

Good Points: Convenient location for where we were wanting to be. Although in the middle of an industrial estate it was quiet over the Easter period that we stayed.
Bad Points: The sheets on the pull out bed looked like they had been under there for ages, had to shake them before my child used them. Surely fresh ones should have been put on just before we got there. Also there was not adequate bedding.
Further Comments: Staff were friendly and helpfull. They got extra bedding to our room as soon as we asked. I felt the rooms were in need of a little updating. Fixtures and fittings seemed tired. Rooms were small for a family of 3. Breakfast should most certainly be included in the price and the resturant prices seemed expensive. The selection of food at breakfast was very good.

Good Points: Clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable.
Bad Points: The breakfast could have been better. The milk was warm and the croissants and rolls were hard, but we had plenty of toast and fresh fruit etc., which was good.
Further Comments: We were only there for a short time, but it was easy to find and extremely good value and would certainly stay there again.
