Good Points: Friendliness and efficiency of the staff and the location.
Further Comments: There is nothing that I did not like and would add that the staff at the hotel are a credit to the hotel. In this day and age, it only seems that people only criticise.

Good Points: warm friendly welcome. I was in a single room but it was very spacious. No negatives about this hotel. Parking can be a problem but the staff take away any worries as they move your car if anyone needs to get out.
Bad Points: The hotel is none smoking but still people try it on, as i sleep with my window open and the people below me smoked out of their window and it all came in my room, i made this aware to the manager who did have a word but i dont think we will be able to stop it.
Further Comments: I found the web site informed me of all i needed to know about my stay at the Marina, it was very friendly, clean and the food and service was wonderful. Weather your stay is for a couple of nights or a week you are very central and im sure you will enjoy your stay, i took my elderly parents and they throughly enjoyed themselves.

Good Points: Good clean basic accommodation.
Further Comments: Well located hotel with lovely view. The bedroom was clean with a comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was good with freshly cooked english breakfast offered as well as cereal, juices and toast. Staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Would like to return in the near future.

Good Points: Location overlooking the sea. Sea view both from the dining room, lounge bar and a side sea view from our bedroom.
Further Comments: A good 10 minute walk from the centre of St Helier but there is a bus service operating every 20 minutes to St Helier bus station, from where one can catch buses to all parts of the island. All pulic areas and bedrooms are very clean and well decorated. Both reception and dining room staff excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. An excellent Englsh breakfast served and plenty of it. No hesitation in staying in the Marina again.

Bad Points: One of the beds was very close to the bathroom door which meant a tight squeeze to enter the bathroom
Further Comments: This hotel is a short walk from the centre of St Helier and quite handy for the Bus Station which is where the airport bus stops. The only downside is that you have to walk through a tunnel on a narrow pathway with traffic roaring by just a few yards away.

Good Points: The hotel was clean the food very good the dining room looks out to the sea. The staff were excellent you could have a laugh with them and they were very helpful.We arrived before ten in the morning and our rooms were ready witch i thought was excellent. I would go back to that hotel again 10 out of 10

Bad Points: Even with the radiator off and the windows open it still proved to be too warm, I'm not sure but I think there may have been another blanket underneath the sheet
