Good Points: Very friendly atmosphere and well amintained hotel.
Further Comments: The Hotel exceeded my expectations based on the star rating it has. The staff were friendly and helpfull, particularly the owner. The breakfasts were good and we twice stayed for the evning meal a 5 course meal for a reasonable ￂﾣ10 per head. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others. I would definately stay there again.

Good Points: Claan, Adequate, very well managed, exellent staff,Friendly, Good Food
Bad Points: No heating on chilly nights. The dressing table mirror wouldnt stay up for ladies to use for make up and doing their hair. Other guests had same problem
Further Comments: Would have liked another couple of entertainment nights, there was only 1 which everyone enjoyed expected more, This was a general comment of other guests

Good Points: Rooms were clean and service was efficient. We had adjoining room facility as a family and were very pleased with this. Dining was very good - food was quickly served and menu range for breakfast and dinner provided very good value for money.
Bad Points: Car park could be improved with markings to increase capacity. Due to the popularity of the hotel parking can be a problem when returning late at night.
Further Comments: We would certainly recommend this hotel to friends. The owner works hard and pays attention to detail, we were made to feel very welcome and were not surprised to hear that people visit year after year. Jersey in October was tranquil and peaceful. The War tunnels were improved from our last visit 7years ago, an excursion not to be missed.

Good Points: From the moment we arrived we were greeted very warmly by the manager who immediatly offered us a superior room at no extra cost.The breakfast was excellent with a multi choice of food and drink. The staff were very efficient and polite a credit to the hotel.What we cannot understand is why it only a 2 star.
Further Comments: Brilliant Give it a try if going to Jersey you will not be disappointed.
