Good Points: Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable accommodation. Excellent city centre location.
Further Comments: Overall we couldn't fault the hotel. The accommodation was of a good standard and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was in an excellent location for the city centre shopping trip that we had planned for. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and have no hestaton in recommending it to others.

Good Points: The quality of staff, hotel, fixtures, fittings and value for money
Further Comments: A great experience. Location was central in one of the best cities in England. Very friendly staff - well presented and helpful. Again quality and cleanliness were high on my list and I wasnt disappointed.

Good Points: Friendly check-in, room was in good order and seemed spacious and had all the facilities you need.
Bad Points: Room very cold - heating controls did not seem to do anything. Shower was cold too - water never got hot and TV did not work. No Earl Grey teabags either.
Further Comments: Hotel a little further from the station than I thought - but OK. Staff seemed very nice and welcoming. Room was modern , spacious and bathroom looked very nice. Had a good nights sleep - but woke up cold in the night and could not get heating to work. A cold shower in the morning did not help either. Water in bathroom never got hot.

Further Comments: The newspapers on Sundays are not collected until 8.00am and therefore not available until nearly nine. This is dictated by the newsagents not opening until 8.00am. This is not the case when stopping at any of the three other Manchester hotels - they manage to source newspapers early why couldn't Arora??? Very annoying for an early riser. (A first class business being dictated to by a second class business and allowing it's service to suffer accordingly).

Good Points: it was relaxed, elegant & there are speakers in the bathroom so you can have a lovely relaxing bath
Bad Points: i didnt dislike a thing it was perfect
