Good Points: good restaurant attached to hotel.
Bad Points: the furnishings did not compare to the hotel opposite which is cheaper.

Good Points: Lovely clean hotel with efficient and friendly staff and an excellent restaurant serving lovely food.
Bad Points: We could hear noise from the above room.
Further Comments: We were 3 friends visiting Crufts Dog show and found the hotel very easily accessible. The reception staff were very efficient as were the restaurant staff and made our stay very enjoyable. We will certainly use this hotel again on visiting the NEC. We recommended your restaurant to some friends who came and had a meal with us.

Good Points: Easy to find, in general friendly and helpful staff
Bad Points: Overpriced for the hotel rating and a little noisy late at night, even though we had requested a quiet room, the central heating was controlled within the room so the first night was cold.
Further Comments: I would have liked to have seen a picture of the room I was staying in, I would have liked to have known what time the restaurant was open until as my husband and I missed dinner. The hotel was described as sitting within acres of land which I envisaged to be a long sweeping drive of A lined trees set within acres of garden when in actual fact I think the hotel may be situated in just 2 acres of land which is visible only from the back of the hotel. So I guess more photos would have been helpful as descriptions can be understood differently by different people. Apart from that the hotel was friendly, simply and within easy access to the venue.

Further Comments: I would of liked to have been informed of the restuarant being closed on sundays, as this was the night we stayed it was inconvenient as the reason I booked this hotel was the type of restuarant, luckily there was a pub not too far away which did accomodate.

Good Points: Ease of check in, quality of room and drink facilities. Excellent traditional breakfast.
Bad Points: Shower curtain not screen.
Further Comments: Convenient location to NEC, very good value for money. Bar and restaurant was functional.

Good Points: Excellent Food. Ample parking. Clean.
Further Comments: Menu for restaurant was excellent, with a large choice. Food came well presented and very enjoyable! Rooms were as you would expect for a 3* hotel, clean and with most things you generally might need. The only draw back was that they were un-able to bring drinks to room due to lack of staff, but then it is a family run hotel so not huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would, and hopefully will happily stay again!
