Good Points: Quiet location, and only 10 Mins from NEC
Further Comments: Very good, quiet location, well kept grounds and gardens. Close to airport and NEC. Friendly staff. Good standard of rooms and restaurant. Would recommend.

Bad Points: 2 foxes mints left on side (!) Tired bedspreads and curtains
Further Comments: Restaurant very good but dated decor in bar. A la carte menue pricey considering hotel but quality excellent

Good Points: Light airy well equiped room. Clean and warm.
Bad Points: Nothing.. One small thing was channels on TV were fuzzy.
Further Comments: Light airy well equiped room. Clean and warm. The reception staff were more than welcoming. Chatty and very professional also the food was lovely along with the kitchen staff. fantastic will come again and pass on to family and friends that visit the NEC often. Very close to NEC also to local shopping centre which was excellent.

Good Points: Cosy, very clean, friendly helpful staff, close to the NEC, good secure parking area
Bad Points: The rooms were a little old fashioned and the bathroom could be updated to have a decent shower
Further Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Strawberry Bank Hotel, the booking process through to checking out was excellent. The staff were very friendly and informative about the area and services. If you like a traditional hotel with waiter service in a cosy atmosphere then this is for you

Good Points: All of the staff were exceptionally friendly throughout our stay and this made our visit especially enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel. It is also on bus routes into the NEC and city which saves taxis, etc.
Bad Points: The restaurant staff were also always eager to please and the food was fresh and promptly served. If I had to find something that could improve it would be maybe the mnenu could be made a little more contemporary?
Further Comments: We would stay here again. Rooms are clean, staff friendly, food good, etc.

Good Points: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very good cooked breakfast and the room was overall very comfy.
Bad Points: The radiator in the room was not on and it was quite a chilly night. The mattress was very hard and I could feel the springs. The shower was quite difficult to use as it would not change into the bath mode so I had to run a bath via the shower head.
Further Comments: It was very close to the NEC and easy to find. For a one night stay it was more than adequate, though I have slept in more comfortable beds! The staff were very friendly.

Bad Points: Directions were a bit confusing.

Further Comments: I felt the reception from the lady when I arrived was cold and unwelcoming. Accomodation itself was fine but I did not feel particularly welcome which to me is a big negative.
