Good Points: Cleanliness,position of hotel near Park and Ride,near ferry
Bad Points: Bar prices-very expensive
Further Comments: We enjoyed our stay and we will return again and we may use the ferry to Ireland.We feel that the room we were given could be a problem in hot waether beacause of the noise from the traffic in the night and early morning. Fine when the window is closed but not when it is open. Next time we would request a room to the rear.

Further Comments: My gripe was that I specifically requested a quiet room high up as I new the front faced a busy dual carrage way. I was checked into a front facing room on the 1st floor. Why bother having a comments box if it is ignored.

Good Points: it was ok, but would like better selection of refreshments and more channels on tv.
Further Comments: room was ok but not really clean, had to ask for extra pillows and had to pick them up from reception,also food was poor and over priced. breakfast was ok but not enough choice on cereals.

Bad Points: Disappointed with the breakfast choices, over priced for a continental buffet
Further Comments: Nice clean hotel with spacious rooms, reasonably priced with helpful staff. Evening meal choice was good but would have enjoyed a good old english breakfast. Plenty of parking in easy reach of the city.

Good Points: modern bathroom
Further Comments: hotel well suited to a short business trip or leisure trip where only the essentials are necessary. It's not Morgans, but it has a comfy bed, a television, a modern bathroom, and a basic menu for when hungry. Th staff were polite and catered to your requests.

Bad Points: Extra bed not made up on arrival.
Further Comments: For a budget stay all was adequate but having booked a family room for 3 people there was no extra bed made up. There was no way of asking for this to be done during on-line booking process but I assume this is what I should have done. The bed was made up over an hour later, which was ok as my kids were older but may have been inconvenient if the kids had been younger as it was 22.15 before it was done. Other than that it was clean, breakfast was ok and I would stay at another one again.

Good Points: It was roomy and clean, the shower especially was first class, and we will have no qualms about using the hotel again. The continental breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere very relaxed. Value for money indeed!
Bad Points: Nothing ar all, but could have done without the fire alarm going off( some idiotic guest I believe.

Good Points: Power shower,
Bad Points: unclean room,
Further Comments: Power shower is great but leaves the whole of the bathroom floor very wet. Paint peeling from bathroom door and I had dirty tea cups and used tea bags left in my room. The staff have to deal with guests checking in/out, run the bar and also act as waitresses which in my opinion contibuted to a below par standard of service. If I had paid full tariff for the room I would have been even more disapointed. Food is ok but not great.

Good Points: Clean, tidy, well lit. Excellent shower and bathroom
Further Comments: The hotel was a credit. the check in process was quick and easy and the staff were helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Free wireless broadband was available as well as adequate tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was excellent. One critisism would be the lack of space to hang clothes but this is a minor matter.
