Good Points: the design was fresh contemporary and clean.
Bad Points: felt wet room style bathroom could have better drainage and ventilation
Further Comments: ideal location, was attracted to the ibis not only by the price but the fact that we could park onsite. Many of the hotels I'd looked at online situated in the the town did not have onsite parking facilities. The staff were proffessional and helpful. Only niggle could have done with a couple of hand towels only bath towels available, a very agreeable overnight stay. would book here again.

Good Points: Clean and functional
Further Comments: Good hotel, clean and functional, however the staff were programmed not trained. The self serve 'continental' breakfast from dispensers was awful. The fruit bowl was merely orange and apple slices that wre drying out. The waitress kept taking away my coffee (no decaf) before I had even sipped it. This might be because the machine does not fill the cup. I will only stay at this hotel if all the others are busy. If you do have to stay here - go to Mc Donalds next door for breakfast.

Good Points: clean with tasty food and very good service
Further Comments: only continental breakfast available and a taxi drive to town hotel situated on industrial site.

Good Points: Adequate free parking.
Further Comments: In contrast to the rather abrupt manners of the female reception staff, the male front desk person on duty on the evenings of 10 and 11 July was friendly and also most helpful regarding information on Swansea. Directions from the railway station side to the hotel would have been helpful, especially because of Swansea's inadequate street name signing.

Good Points: It was bright, airy and very clean
Further Comments: It was a well located hotel. The accomadation was bright and clean. We found it very appropriate hotel for our purpose. If we wanted to book a hotel for a holiday would have booked a 4* hotel with more facilities. The IBIS was in our estimation excellent value for money. The food available was also of very good standard. Our only critism was a shortage of Irons and staff did not know which rooms had borrowed them. One staff member was particularly helpfull but unfortunately I cannot remember her name. She was present during all of our stay. Thank you

Good Points: Nice and fresh, fairly central if you have a car, easy to find
Bad Points: Only continental breakfast, what happened to the good-old british fry-up, every other hotel i stayed at on my trip all had fry-up or more commonly known as an english (british) breakfast on the menue.
Further Comments: Did not know the hotel only did continental breakfasts - we do not live on the continent we live in britain so expected the choice of a good breakfast but did not get it, this is not too major but would have been good to know ahead of time then you dont build yourself up for a good greakfast for nothing. Fire alarm went off at night, was only for a few seconds but was enough to wake everyone and frighten them out of their skins Finaly, upon arrival we were told the chef had an accident so there was no main meals being cooked, which obviously i undderstand accidents, but it did mean after travelling all of the way from the north east of scotland we had to go out in the car to a strabge city to find food when again we were expeecting to eat in the hotle. Besides all of this the stay was very good, staff were good and friendly but as a result of the above comments when we come next time may be checking some other hotle out, if it was not for the above points we would deffiantely be coming to you but now not-so-sure

Good Points: Modern, attractive, clean - everything in working order.
Further Comments: Good modern hotel, well-placed (though a little out of the centre and close to a noisy double-carriageway). Excellent facilities, good food offer (for a budget hotel); some staff helpful, others jaded and unwelcoming (no greeting or eye contact).
