| Good Points: Great location in the Merchant City, lovely room with good facilities. Would have beeen perfect for an extended stay. |
| Bad Points: Noisy clock in the room - battery removal solved that problem! Very warm in the room despite all radiators being turned off. |
| Further Comments: A nice place to stay for either business or pleasure, right in the heart of town and very easy to find. The staff were pleasant and helpful and I would gladly return. |

| Good Points:
Location, convenience of self-catering and quality of accommodation |
| Further Comments: I would highly recommend the Fraser Suites. There's a covered car park almost next door, great cafes for breakfast and excellent restaurants nearby. It also has the added advantage of a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I will definitely return and will tell all my friends about it. |

| Good Points:
Being an appartment, the romm had extra facilities compared to a normal hotel room, e.g. a small kitchen.
There was also a greater amount of living space / seating compared to a normal hotel room. |
| Bad Points:
The head of the bed was against the corridor wall, so all noises outside the room could easily be heard.
While the hotel was billed as new, some of the equipment in the room already seemed a bit tired - the knob to close the plug in the bath was broken and one of the speakers on the stereo also did not work.
The large bin in the kitchen already had rubbish in it from previous guests / when the room was cleaned. |

| Good Points: Hotel was in a very central location. Very nice surroundings - minimilistic. Apartment very clean in general. Had all equipment you would require. Overall we had a lovely stay and the apartments are ideal for short stay in the city. |
| Bad Points: carpets in lounge and hallway quite badly marked. Toilet seat broken. paintwork on walls coming off at windows. Generally required a little bit of tlc here and there. |
| Further Comments: Thought the apartments were very pleasant to the eye. beds very comfortable. bedrooms were spotlessly clean. As said a few small problems with the lounge and hall but nothing that would put us off going back to stay again. Generally an ideal place to stay, very comfortable and well situated. |

| Good Points: The fact there was a separate sitting/cooking area away from sleeping area |
| Bad Points: Shabby paintwork on walls and dampness on bathroom ceiling in room 118 I expected higher standards for the Fraser suites. Maybe it was just room 118? |
| Further Comments: Overall we had a good stay, it was nice to have cd/dvd player in room along with kitchen appliances and fridge etc, it was spacious too and felt quite homely. The separate living/bedroom accomodation was a huge bonus and the hotel is in a really central location for Glasgow city centre. Staff are really pleasant too. The Tron theatre clock is very loud when it chimes though!! |

| Good Points: The simple and tasteful decor and the fact that it was totally spotless. |
| Bad Points: The only thing I could really say that I disliked was the noise from the traffic on the street below which could be rectified with thicker glazing on the windows or providing ear plugs to guests who tend to sleep a bit later than
8-9am |
| Further Comments: The overall impression of the Fraser Suites from initially dealing with the booking on the website to checking in with the welcoming receptionist was a pleasure. The accommodation was just what we were looking for and we will definitely be staying there again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for somewhere which is spotless, modern and near to anywhere within Glasgow city centre. |

| Good Points: Location, room space. |
| Bad Points: Poor quality tv, reception staff not friendly. |
| Further Comments: Hotel was clean and tidy. Reception staff should be sent on customer service seminar - a smile and a hello is the minimum i expect when entering and leaving a hotel. DVD library was a nice touch with up to date films. Room was spacious. |
