Good Points: nice decor and clean.enough space to be comfortable.
Bad Points: described a a deluxe twin romm with city view. thh view was a brick wall with a corridor.
Further Comments: good location. nice and clean. long wait to check in as did not appear to be many staff...for 5* some sorry to keep you waiting really should be a given. on the other hand i was meeting friend and family and staying one noght so it didnt matter.not sure if i would stay longer than a wekend.

Good Points: It was very well designed i loved the room, with the seperate dry room.
Bad Points: The accommondation was lovely, it was just very noisey with the nightclub out side our room

Bad Points: Had to ask for the room to be cleaned once we checked in. Bathroom door and wardrobe doors very dirty and covered in greasy hand marks. Also on the second day bathroom bin not emptied and toilet roll wasn't repalced.
Further Comments: Overall a nice looking hotel with very helpfull staff let down by a few issues with the room which could be easily avoided.

Further Comments: Beautiful lesure facilities; not particuarly big pool but it serves the purpose. Modern, trendy bar and restaurant. Excellent cocktails! Gorgeous room with all mod cons. Make sure you ask for a City View.

Good Points: The hotel was of an excellent standard with luxurious rooms and good views across the city. Staff extremely courteous.
Bad Points: You couldn't open the windows in the bedroom at all.

Good Points: The location and quality was very good, staff were very helpful and it was a relaxed environment.
Bad Points: The fact there is no onsite parking, i overlooked that when booking.

Good Points: The rooms are modern and trendy and the hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Manchester.
Bad Points: The room position!! Next time I will request one overlooking Manchester!
Further Comments: We were in room 219 which is a room over the Atrium (over the reception and bar area) it was noisy in the room until 3.30 am when the bar closed. My wife went to bed at midnight as she is pregnant and didn't get to sleep until 3.30 am!! So I got earache over it!!
