Good Points: Easy to find following hotel online directions. Clean room. Good dining room - breakfast excellent.
Bad Points: Room decor drab and uninviting - towels clean but very 'used' - not white and soft! No feeling of luxury in room as expected of 5 star accommodation. It was clinical and functional.
Further Comments: Hotel in general very efficient - excellent attitude from staff. Speedy response to requests. No complaints about service - it was good. Room disappointing.

Good Points: Large rooms with comfy beds. All mod cons!
Further Comments: Great location. Good food.Friendly, helpful staff. Would definately stay again. Would recommend. Just wish we had been staying longer!

Bad Points: shower tended to lead to water spreading over much of bathroom floor
Further Comments: Although hotel was excellent, I would have liked more specific instructions about parking. eg from Great Northern carpark, which set of stairs (Watson Street)to take to bring me out near hotel.

Good Points: Clean, modern, well layed out. Good value for a 5 star hotel.
Bad Points: The shower overflowed, drain needed un-blocking, also we had a mug missing from our room and had to phone for one to be brought up but that was it, a good hotel.
Further Comments: Great hotel, would stay again.

Good Points: Hotel is very classy and of a high standard.
Bad Points: no parking and local parking very expensive.
Further Comments: Hotel is of a very high standard and is very classy.Location is fantastic and is only a short walk away from bars,restaurants and shopping centres.Only complaint is no parking and if you park in the ncp like I did you will find this very expensive.
