Good Points: the room itself was slightly different to what we expect it was fairly small but on the whole it was a really modern hotel and decor was very nice.
Bad Points: bathroom was not cleaned properly and the bedding had marks on it but a member of staff dealt with it straight away and we recieved a compimentary bottle of wine which was kind
Further Comments: My partner and I would definatly stay at this hotel again the staff were all so helpful and friendly and the hotel was very nicely decorated.

Good Points: Clean, modern and relaxing and friendly staff. Plenty of parking, Good chice of breakfast.
Bad Points: Brown carpet in corridors and room, including bathroom. More use of wooden and ceramic floors would have improved the look greatly.

Good Points: The hotel was clean well presented, the staff were very helpfull and the room was great.

Good Points: The decoration was tasteful and room was cleaned to a high standard.
Bad Points: There was no central heating and room was cold on our arrival. The type of heater in the room made it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
Further Comments: Well situated for going into the town centre, close to a wide selection of bars and restauraunts. Communal areas of hotel comfortable and attractive. Spacious breakfast room with good service.

Good Points: Excellent Standard of Room,reported missing Bathplug,Maintenance arrived to repair in 1 hr,good facilities, good staff ,attentive but unobtrusive.Good Location for cost.

Good Points: It was nice to be able to stay in modern contemporary accomodation without the huge price tag.
Bad Points: We had a ground floor room and it was too close to the restaurant and car park.

Good Points: Very clean,airy rooms and tastefully decorated.Good location - walking distance from beach and shops/restaurants.

Further Comments: The hotel is very clean and well furnished,the rooms spacious and tastefully decorated. All you need is provided and there is secure ample parking.It is located in a good area; walking distance for beach and main town centre without it being noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful and we will use the Orchid again next time we go to Bournemouth.

Further Comments: Overall I was very satisfied with the accommodation and staff and would definitely stay at your hotel again should I go back to Bournemouth.

Good Points: The courtyard was very lovely and the Orchids a beautiful classy touch.
Bad Points: I dislike venetian blind. Would prefer curtains.
Further Comments: I thought this was a very nice, elegant hotel and I would love to stay again. Sadly the cost is way out of my usual price range. The attention from the staff was very good and all our requests were met.
