Good Points: I was given a free upgrade of room which was very comfortable and had all the necessary fittings and fixtures.
Bad Points: Nothing really.
Further Comments: The facilities were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was of a very high standard.

Good Points: comfortable, clean, soild but classy, good views, friendly staff, upgraded without asking, easy to park
Bad Points: Room was over restaurant so faint noise of music early evening. Didn't bother us (and I requested a room with easy access), but might be irritating for others wanting total quiet
Further Comments: As this was a discounted deal it was excellent value for money. Good location and ideal for touring the area. Didn't dine there on this occasion as met up with friends in area, although there was choice of restaurant and reasonably priced bar menu.

Good Points: The general atmosphere was elegant but not starchy, giving a feeling of luxury without formality
Bad Points: Only that the bathroom walls around the shower head would benefit from some redecoration
