Good Points: The room was lovely -very spacious and modern.
Bad Points: Our room was overlooking canal street and although the windows were double glazed, we still found it quite noisy after 1am. Also we left the tag requesting to service our room after the first night but this was not done.
Further Comments: The location of the accommodation was fantastic. We were in the heart of everything. The staff were lovely and we were very impressed how modern and spacious our accommodation was. We also did not want for anything -the room had everything you could have wished for. The only minus points were the fact that our room was not serviced after the first night. Also we were overlooking Canal Street and we found this area quite noisy after midnight.

Further Comments: We enjoyed are stay very much the apartment was very clean, spacious and modern as was the reception area. The recptionist were very friendly and welcoming. We would stay again.

Good Points: Great location. Excellent standard of accommodation, very good value for money.
Bad Points: Reception/Check in staff not very friendly, almost a bit agressive, same went for the guy delivering the breakfast basket. Not a smiling welcoming face which is a shame as they let the hotel down. I think it was a bit of a cultural thing, whatever happened to the good old British service with a smile attitude. You really got the impression they couldn care less about their job and they were talking to you in a very agressive tone of voice, although it might not have been meant like that but that's how it came across.
Further Comments: Pleasently surprised about the standard of the accommodation.

Good Points: Clean, spacious, everything worked, staff extremely helpful, particularly the gentleman on night duty.
Bad Points: Room was rather noisy - street level - traffic and humans making quite a lot of noise. Would have preferred a room either higher up or further away from noise.

Further Comments: My booking was changed to the City Inn on the day due to 'maintenance issues'at the Atrium. However, I found the substitute accommodation excellent - a well-priced,comfortable modern hotel and within easy reach of everything I needed for my stay. I would not hestitate in booking here again and would recommend the City Inn to friends and colleagues.

Good Points: Stylish and smart decor, intimate feel like staying in a warehouse loft apartment
Bad Points: Nothing
Further Comments: Excellent alternative to normal chain of hotels, providing stylish accommodation that feel exactly like staying in a city loft apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful. I cannot fault the experience of staying here only wish I had more time available.
