Good Points: very modern comfortable hotel in a great location.
Bad Points: not having the fire alarm go off at 4-30am!!!!!
Further Comments: Jury's Leeds is a great hotel, i would stay there again without question. Clean comfortable rooms, nice bar area, friendly staff, highly recommended, but for the 4-30am fire drill!!!

Good Points: clean, tidy, bar was lively, staff were helpful, good price, central location, overall the hotel was excellent
Bad Points: car parking!!!!! we had to park 10 mins walk away and it cost ﾣ12, for such a good hotel this was very disappointing
Further Comments: as above! overall accomodation was excellent and great value for money, we would definately use again but the car parking situation was dreadful. Our friends who came later managed to park in the car park next door, but if you arrive around dinner time there is no chance of getting parked! This would not put me off using the hotel again however as it was one of the best hotels i have stayed in for the price!

Good Points: Easy access to the City Centre - within walking distance.

Bad Points: Car parking information must be accurately explained to customers. Informed overnight parking ﾣ5. NOT informed that this rises to ﾣ12 if after 9am. Parking attendant annoyed & stated this happened ALL THE TIME!

Good Points: It was cheap and good location.
Bad Points: The staff werent as friendly as other hotels i have stayed in.

Good Points: we loved the beds very comfy indeed.the heating & air conditioning switch in the room was also very good to have & the machine outside in corridor for water & ice very good indeed
Bad Points: the only thing i could fault was the food we had in the restaurant wasnt completely happy with that but besides that it was fantastic & we will be back later on in the year.
Further Comments: it was very central to everything which was very good indeed & the staff were very helpful & friendly towards us when we asked them how to get to different places

Good Points: clean and spacious, plenty of mirrors for girls getting ready.Door check when coming in late at night - felt safe and secure.
Bad Points: Food a bit overcooked in bar, but ok.

Good Points: it was clean, tidy and well presented, the bedroom and bathroom were both a good size.
Bad Points: everything was good apart from no being able to get room service and having to eat downstairs (was very tired from my journey, so would have been nice to eat in my room and relax at same time), also the shower didn't fully heat up. apart from that everything was great
Further Comments: the Jury's was recommended to me by a friend. i was pleasantly surprised by how nice the accomodation was, everything was well presented. the staff were always friendly and welcoming and i would definitely stay there again.

Further Comments: Very clean and well equipped hotel. In a great location, near to the centre of Leeds and a few minutes walk from the train station.

Bad Points: Food - poor options for guests when the restaurant was booked for a function, not helped by unhelpful, unsmiling staff in the bar, where, allegedly, one could have a meal.

Bad Points: Someone could have mentioned that you need your keycard to operate the lights
Further Comments: I've stayed in a few hotles in Leeds, the Met, Queens, Travelodge and this has to be the best of the bunch

Bad Points: Parking. The lack of dedicated parking facilities was the only let down.
