Good Points: very good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. When we missed breakfast due to our own mistake we were offered toast and cereal.
Bad Points: update bathrooms
Further Comments: For the online price I paid I was generally pleased with this hotel but it was further away from local attractions than I had imagined and the bathroom was rather shabby. The staff I encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. I found that stopping serving breakfast at half nine was rather early for me for a Sunday morning.

Bad Points: Rooms would benefit from a refurbishment - the decor was very tired.
Further Comments: The communal areas that we used in the hotel were well kept but the bedrooms were very 'tired'. Our room needed re-decorating and the bathrooms needed upgrading. The carpet was badly stained. I would have been very angry to have paid the hotels asking rate of 90 pounds per night - definitely not worth it! The 50 pounds per night we paid was just about acceptable for what was offered. Breakfast was self service and average.

Further Comments: I would have liked to have been told beforehand that the room was next to a very noisy water pump, apparently serving the whole hotel; that started up with a bang every time anyone used water.

Good Points: Clean and comfortable without any fuss and very quiet.
Bad Points: Wireless Technology in rooms.
Further Comments: I have stayed at Kings Court before through my connection with Rotary International. Kings Court has a very relaxed manner and I would recommend to anyone travelling in the South Midlands as quiet and comfortable with friendly staff, and a great English Breakfast!

Bad Points: Car Park Security - although the hotel has cctv, the car park is very dark and I had my car broken into.

Bad Points: Decor rather tired. Bed rather hard for our taste
Further Comments: Meals in the bar were excellent value for money. Restaurant prefers to serve a la carte menu - roast on Sunday evening. Very quiet room and non smoking.

Good Points: Large bedrooms.Very convenient being attached to bar/restaurant. Bar staff(especially barman )very friendly and helpful.
Bad Points: Decor rather tired. Breakfast could finish at 10a.m weekends instead of 9.30 a.m.
Further Comments: Generally very good value for money. Bedroom tv very small and decor needs updating. Although shower powerful it was old, nob missing and bad leak where joined taps.

Bad Points: ROAD DIRECTION from the NORTH: Approaching the hotel from the North (after Coughton) there is a sign for the hotel 'in 400 yds' with an arrow clearly pointing RIGHT. The hotel is, of course, on the LEFT. This is hopeless, confusing and (in all the traffic) dangerous. The arrow should be changed immediately.
Further Comments: Comfortable and good value.
