Good Points: age and atmosphere of the hotel. The owner was very hospitable.
Bad Points: keep the atmosphere - but it could do with a little updating in one or two areas. There is a marked difference in service when the owner is on days off.
Further Comments: I would like to have known that the road outside my window was a main one to the motorway - it was noisy. THe fourposter bed - looked as if it had been cobled together with a couple of two by fours - thought it would be more authentic

Further Comments: i did not realise this hotel was on a very very busy road, if you are staying in the front rooms be prepared to have a traffic style sleep.

Good Points: Very nice atmosphere and old world feel. Very relaxing!
Bad Points: Nothing really, food and service was good, staff were helpful and the building is nice. Maybe the carpark could be better but that's about it.

Good Points: The hotel was very nice. There was a lovely touch in the hotel & room with teddy bears and the staff were very welcoming & helpful. The food was excellent & when we are in Warwick again, we would most definately stay at the Kings Head. We have stayed in a few hotels over the past year and I would certainly recommend the Kings Head in Warwick most of all because the staff were so lovely.
Bad Points: Nothing!
Further Comments: Nice food, comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. Shower was very powerful & there was adequate hot water. Food was delicious in the evening & the breakfast was very nice too, you had the choice of a cooked breakfast & fruit, yoghurt & cereal inc toast. Nice & secure parking and above all really friendly, helpful, lovely staff.

Good Points: We thought everything about the accommodation was very good, and the staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.
Bad Points: The only thing we could say could be improved on, is may be the bathroom, as the shower leaked everywhere so we could not use it.
Further Comments: Our overall review is very good accommodation, service and friendliness. May be the only thing we would have liked to have known was that the hotel was on a main road and not really in the centre of warwick, but it was only a short walk so was not too bad.

Good Points: A really friendly Inn
Bad Points: A thourough clean, although this did not in anyway affect our stay.
Further Comments: As a family with young children, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kings Head. It was in a prime position for visiting the area. The staff were extremely kind and friendly nothing was too much trouble, they made our children and ourselves feel really welcome.It was nice to be able to relax and be looked after as a family. The food was home cooked and scrummy! I cant thank them enough, even though we only stayed the night, our children didn't want to come home!

Good Points: Comfortable bed; large bathroom; very pleasant, helpful staff; good breakfast and the internet facilities.
Bad Points: The hotel is a little shabby in places with stair carpets and some of the pub furniture ready for it's annual clening.
Further Comments: In summary, this hotel was a pleasant place to stay with a welcoming ambience, good food and friendly, helpful staff. My wife and I would be happy to stay there again.

Further Comments: We had a great time at the King's Head Inn. In many ways I wish we could have stayed an additional night. When organizing our trip, if I had researched beyond the town's main attraction - Warwick Castle - we probably would have stayed another night in Warwick. The Inn was a delightful place to stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, and everyone we met there, staff and other guests alike, were very friendly and fun to converse with. If you go to Warwick stay at the King's head.

Bad Points: Try and reduce trafic noise from the rooms i.e. secondary glazing might help.
Further Comments: The hotel was pleasant and the staff superb. The food was excellent recommend the evening meal especially the pasta dishes. Only niggle not enough tea bags in the room. Had a problem with the sink dealt with immediately. Nothing was to much trouble. Walking distance to all attractions. We would stay again if in the area. The noise from the traffic outside through the day might annoy some people, but it was very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay very much Thank You

Good Points: Location and the availability of car park.
Bad Points: Cleanliness. General Refurbishment. The reviews were not accurate.
Further Comments: The entrance into hotel was not very welcoming. If entered via the back car park you entered a very dowdy/dirty corridor. The front entrance was no different. Generally, the hotel was very tired looking and did need a refurbishment. There were cobwebs on the windows and skirting boards were filthy. We put our suitcase away on top of the wardrobe and the bottom was full of dust when we took it down 2 days later. Obviously it had never been dusted.

Bad Points: Better workmanship throughout hotel i.e decor and general finishing off of work in room and in Hotel itself.
Further Comments: The Hotelier and his family were excellent hosts and tried theirvery best to make our stay enjoyable, which it was.

Good Points: Friendly staff and really good location for the castle.
Further Comments: A really lovely, friendly hotel a short walk from the castle and centre of Warwick. We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay again if returning to Warwick. Little touches such as the teddy in our room on arrival and trinkets around the room made us feel like a real effort had been made to make us feel at home. The room had real character, very different to what you find in modern hotel chains, and a welcome change from that.

Good Points: Comfortable Surrondings, We liked all the toy cat's guarding the bedrooms and the teddy's on the beds. And the staff were very friendly.
Bad Points: We don't think so everything was fine.
Further Comments: There is nothing else to add we just enjoyed ourselves hotel was great.
