Good Points: Clean and comfortable bed
Bad Points: Room very small. Poor bathroom facilities
Further Comments: Room very small and in need of redecoration. Bathroon also in need of decoration. Shower but no shower curtain.

Good Points: very nice and clean room , the four poster bed was great
Further Comments: very nice place to stay , room was very clean staff are very helpfull and very nice to deal with,would stay hear again if visiting again.

Bad Points: Dusty every where, room very dated.
Further Comments: The double room we booked was two single beds pushed together,which made the duvet too small to share.The hotel had a covering of dust over every surface,this was quite thick behind the beds. the plug socket behind the bed was hanging off the wall, and wires had been joined and squashed down the side of the makeshift wardrobe!! The food was good but spoilt by being served on cold plates.

Good Points: Centrally located within walking distance to all main attractions Warwick have to offer.
Further Comments: Stayed at the Kings Head Inn for the weekend to visit the Easter show at Warwick Castle. Found the staff to be friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good location and a good atmosphere.

Good Points: Good Food. Free Wi-Fi.
Bad Points: Although room was clean it requires updating. No secure payment, no chip and pin. Do not like my credit card details being taken on arrival including security number.
Further Comments: Staff were pleasant, service ok. I feel the price was high due to the condition of the pub.

Bad Points: No double glazing and traffic noise was intrusive.
Further Comments: This is a fine old English Public House with some interesting memorabilia displayed in the bars. We would recommend a room to the rear as we found the traffic noise in the front room was obtrusive and interrupted our sleep.

Good Points: The room was of a good size and there were a good number of facilities available. Very comfortable bed, the ambience of the pub was nice and the food/drink was good too. Parking available at the back of the pub was good if a little tight. Free wireless internet access.
Bad Points: No hot water from the shower and the bathroom lock did not work.
Further Comments: Very pleased with the stay there, although a little expensive. The staff were very friendly and the quality of the room and the hotel in general was very good. Would likely stay over again if visiting the same area but would probably go for a less expensive room.

Good Points: Warm, friendly, comfterble, best room in hotel, lived up to our expectations.

Further Comments: Staff very welcoming, friendly made us feel very welcome. Felt very at home, would have liked to have stayed longer. Food was excellant, room was excellant. Will return again with parents as so good. Room very good size, bathroom brilliant size, felt so relaxed and staff could not have been more helpful. They thought of everything, whatever we needed or wanted it was there, nothing to much trouble.

Good Points: I found the staff friendly and courteous.
Bad Points: I felt ithe accommodation was in need of updating with regard decorations. The rooms were very hot , it would have b een nice to have a fan in the room as the windown gave very little ventilation. I appreciated that the Hotel was old with a lot of history but was not welcoming on entry to the hotel, it was really a public house with rooms to rent.
Further Comments: The accommodation met my needs for a one night stay. It is not somewhere I would use again. Not easy to access rooms with a suitcase due to use of stairs.

Good Points: It was convient for all the local attractions. Car parking was good and secure.
Further Comments: The accomadtion was on a busy road, the room overlooked the road so was noisy most of the time.

Good Points: Very friendly staff. Spacious comfortable bed.
Bad Points: Lack of shower.
Further Comments: We appreciate the term en suite refers to the toilet, sink and bath or shower being accessed from the bedroom, but have come to accept that in 21c we expect the adjacent room to have a shower. We feel that the lack of a shower should be clear when booking.

Good Points: Secure easy access central location close to all amenities. A 400 year old former coaching inn that has kept its style and uniqueness. The inn is family owned and managed offering very good service.
Bad Points: Specials on the evening menu.
Further Comments: We would recommend this small family run inn to anyone. An excellent value for money centrally located place to stay in the Warwickshire area. All food is prepared fresh on the premises cooked to order so don't complain if you have to wait - it's worth it.

Further Comments: The hotel was excellent, we were made to feel very welcome, very attentive staff, excellent food served.
