Good Points: Clean, warm, comfy bed.
Bad Points: The noise from what seemed to be a council roadworks depot. Road cleaning and other Machines going after 10pm and started up again about 4am.
Further Comments: If all you need is a bed at night - very good value for money. Take earplugs as the council vehicle depot appears to be next door. I stayed on a Saturday night and roadsweeping vehicles were in use till about 10pm and then started up again about 4am. Resulting in me being woken up.

Good Points: The stay was at budget price because the room was awaiting refurbishment, apart from the walls which showed signs of wear and tear, everything else in the room was in excellent condition a real bargain! The bed was very comforable.
Bad Points: The extractor fan outlet (?)on the flat roof below the room was rather noisy.
Further Comments: I knew that this was a budget room and the reason why. I was very suprised at the high standard. I stay in a variety of hotels and I was very pleased with my short stay.I believe that, in general, I had all the information I needed to know from the website. I had not anticipated the noise from what I think was an extractor fan and I am not sure what the hotel can do about this. I do have sensitive night time hearing and the next time I book with you I will ask for a quiet room. The bed was excellent. The breakfast was excellent.

Good Points: The bed was very comfortable, and there was a very large desk.
Bad Points: Nothing in particular - although the overall decor looked a little tired.
Further Comments: This is a motel, and suited my purposes excellently. I simply needed somewhere to stay overnight whilst on business - apart from working in the evenings and sleeping, I spent no time in the hotel. I would certainly recommend it if you had the same kind of limited requirements as I had.

Good Points: As good as Travelinn etc and cheaper.
Bad Points: Minor beef about outside access to the room, but at ￃﾂￂﾣ30 no real complaints.
Further Comments: Accommodation fine, and will use again, as I am in Milton Keynes a lot. Breakfast is a bit basic, with too much fat content. Was not given a chance to vary the content. Why no fresh tomatoes.

Good Points: Clean, functional and cheap!
Bad Points: Rough looking, due to bedside tables having been removed.
Further Comments: It was fine. My one complaint was that I expected breakfast to be available, but it wasn't on. So I had to go to the services... and could have slept an extra hour!

Good Points: The rooms were secure and clean, it had great access to all routes and had a restaurant and bar. All round good accommodation.
Bad Points: Not that I stayed in one - but the rooms that directly face onto the carpark

Good Points: rooms were spacious and clean.beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice
Bad Points: we arrived on friday night to be told the bar was not open for drinks.i was already aware that meals were not served friday to sunday evenings but was disappointed about the bar being closed.was able to purchase drinks at reception but its not the same drinking in your room.

Further Comments: Clean, quiet hotel. Central and close to the M1. Good staff and gives you the impression of a small hotel. I had a good time...

Good Points: clean and perfectly adequate. A good outlook onto a green area.
Bad Points: the radiator made an extremely loud noise for the whole night. This made is difficult to sleep.
Further Comments: I would have like to have been informed about the opening times of the restaurant and bar. Also the door down into the main reception area was locked during the night - I felt this was dangerous in terms of a fire risk - Although one could climbed down from the balcony if really pushed.

Further Comments: staff very friendly and helpful.All facilities good except for the retraunt which I would not use again.The hotel also had take away menus which delivered to your room which was a good idea as the retraunt was not an option.Very good value for money

Further Comments: An excellent and pleasing stay, was thinking the usual type ot motorway accommodation, drab furnishings, grubby bathroom etc etc, but was really impressed of the findings

Good Points: Nice scenery overlooking fields and with a lake nearby. Friendly staff.
Further Comments: Very good value for money compared to other options in this area. Smart, clean room. Quiet location despite being off the highway with fields (and rabbits) and a lake nearby. Easy to get to and about 15 minutes drive to center of Milton Keynes. Our room had a shower over the bath although the bath was not full-size. Dinner was available in the evening as well as the usual English breakfast in the morning (for an extra fee)
