| Further Comments: great location,staff very friendly,we arrived at 8 in the morning and we were able to check in straight away which was a great relief.great atmosphere around the hotel as we went for new years eve.all in total a great stay at jurys,Thanks |

| Bad Points: I felt the reception staff were not as attentive as they could have been, appearred a little distracted by their own conversations. |

| Good Points: Simple clean and quiet. Close to our venue. We were going on the Northern Belle for dinner. So hotel was ideal for the station. |
| Bad Points: One iritating thing. In the bathroom there is a shelf above the hand basin, very usefull except when leaning over the basin to splash face with water or clean teeth, I very nearly hit my head on the shelf. It is too big or too low, not sure which but it does get in the way. |
| Further Comments: All in all the hotel served our purpose, we had an early start in the morning so was not able to sample breakfast. |

| Further Comments: A most enjoyable stay in a very well run and managed Hotel. Would strongly recommend it to anyone wanting a well managed modern hotel in a central location only 3 mins from Central Station. We travel extensively throughout the world and could NOT fault this hotel or it's staff. |

Double bed was on the small side and rather hard. |

| Further Comments: Check in was a bit unorganised...but there were 30 of us so that might have contributed. Hotel was great for a hen weekend as there were loads of other hens and stags, buffet breakfast was fab!! |
