the room was clean and tidy |

it was very cold the room didnt heat up until the middle of the night and no heating in the bathroom it was really cold |
| Further Comments: the hotel was very clean and tidy the staff were courtious the only complaint i had was about the heating it was very cold i think if you have booked a room the room should be heated to a reasonable level |

Clean, Modern and functional. Two things matter to me as a regular user of hotels: A good shower and a comfy bed - you passed! |

Tongue in cheek - you should have a Scottish beer in your bar. |

| Further Comments: We were very happy with our stay at Jury's and we would definetely book to come back and stay and bring our two girls with us. The staff were pleasant and friendly and most importantly made you feel very welcome. We had no problems whatsoever. Well done. |

| Good Points: great location and lovely hotel |
| Further Comments: The Jurys Hotel is right beside central Station and within easy access
of shops, bars etc. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The
rooms were basic but clean with comfortable beds. I would say though- skip the expensive breakfast and pop next door to Wheatherspoons for a great breakfast at half the price! |
