Good Points: Tidy and very clean. Good decoration throughout. Experienced and polite reception and waiting staff. Fantastic choice for breakfast. Good value for money. Would use the hotel again. If we had more time we would have enjoyed using the leisure facilities
Bad Points: Only one set of towels in the room. Chairs in the dining room need to be re-padded so the seats are firmer.Dining room carpet could do with a clean.
Further Comments: The hotel was better than expected especially considering the web price we paid. It is always a concern when booking online that everything is not as it seems in the pictures, however this was not the case. A genuinely pleasant experience all round. Should our daughter go to Bangor University I have no doubt that we will be booking with you again

Good Points: The rooms were spacious, some staff were helpful, breakfast was very good.
Bad Points: The bed was in a very poor condition, the wi-fi did not work, the hotel ran out of towels and did not replace until we asked, taps in bathroom were in poor state some had no indication on hot and cold some did, but were incorrect.
Further Comments: The view out of the window was over waste land which had rubbish strewn all over, not hotel responsibility but I would not have stayed there had I known. When checking out no one bothered to ask if we enjoyed our stay and we had to raise some of the issues we found. Our overall impression was the hotel did not care about its residents and certainly did not invest money in the rooms.

Further Comments: Apparently, booking online gives a discount, which I couldn't see on my bill, which appeared no different than if I'd phoned. Discrepancies with the online booking meant that my work colleague's bank details hadn't been saved, so I had to pay for both of us. I've stayed here before, and probably will again, but I will not book online after this experience.

Good Points: Friendly staff
Bad Points: My room was meant to be non smoking (it was ex smoking room)so there was a high smoke ordour in the room I had to sleep with the windows fully open which was very noisy as I was facing the main dual carrigeway. As I was there only 1 night I decided not to complain on this occasion.
Further Comments: Must have a non smoking room that is a true non smoking room it effects my breathing and is unbearable beyond 1 night.
