Good Points: Spacious rooms.
Bad Points: Bathroom needed refurbishing as pipework noisy especially from rooms above us, shower tray did not drain water away very quickly so showering in a pool of water!
Further Comments: Hotel in good location to Chester town centre and Cheshire Oaks designer outlet village. Restaurant food was of a good standard in pleasant surroundings.

Good Points: Large room and bathroom, plenty of space. Good service overall, excellent spa. Beautiful garden and property. A great stay for the price.
Bad Points: Old stains, old linen, a general feeling of deep dirt in some parts of the bathroom (shower), but it's something that need to be solved with a specific action. It's not addressable to the everyday cleaning personnel.
Further Comments: The property needs an internal general refresh. Not a proper restoration, but new carpets in the rooms, some new blankets, and a good, in depth cleaning of bathrooms (those black stains in the shower or above the sinks are never nice to see). Buy some additional pool stick!

Further Comments: whether travelling on business or having a leisure stay, well worth the visit. Only sorry that I stayed 1 night. Definately use the venue when in the area again.

Further Comments: second time we have stayed.cant fault the food or accomidation. brilliant gym and pool facilities, one of the best places we have stayed in a while.

Good Points: The general way of look of the manor, the efficacity of the staff...
Bad Points: Really bad possibility of internet connection in room (WIFI)... The bed... the bathroom (Shower, hot water, time destruction)...

Further Comments: The hotel was peaceful and had relaxing feel, we enjoyed the leisure facilities,and the staff were all very pleasant, would stay again. We stayed over with a group of friends for my birthday and had to change our room as ;radiator leaking, so carpet by bed was soaked Headboard had tears in it toilet in bathroom leaking light above mirror in bathroom above sink out of order This was a little dissapointing but staff dealt with problem very well. Overall a lovely break!

Good Points: Lovely spacious room, very clean
Further Comments: Excellent accommodation and superb food in the hotel restaurant, we were only sorry that we didn't get a chance to use the spa facilities as they looked excellent too.
