Good Points: Having 4 people in a room
Bad Points: toilet was separate from bathroom which was good but it didn't have a sink so you had to go into the bathroom anyway!

Bad Points: poor selection of channels
Further Comments: had a meal on the first night - fish and chips this was extremely poor quality also did not receive newspaper on first morning and on departure was requested to 'pay for a newspaper which was not what I had requested as the complimentary newspaper'

Good Points: Staff were friendly and helpful. Roooms were clean and comfortable and had a spearate toilet from bathroom area.
Bad Points: Found a hair in my breakfast, but staff dealt with this appropriately and were quick to apologise and deal with the matter.
Further Comments: Hotel fairly central and within walking distance of city center. Hotel also able to keep suitcases after we had checked out to allow us to have some time in city before heading home. Bar closed at 0100 hrs preventing a late drink on return to hotel after a music concert.

Good Points: very comfortable room, staff were very friendly and helpful, internet connection was helpful
Bad Points: leaky roof in the restaurant, it was dripping on our table and on one of our party's arm! we asked to move table but were told it wasnt possible as they were set for breakfast, they moved our table a couple of inches but i dont think this was a satisfactory solution.

Bad Points: noise, xmas party music til late on and guests behaving like teenagers banging on doors and singing etc til 4am. I was on the 5th floor.
Further Comments: I'm sure the hotel would be fine at other periods of the year but perhaps having stewarding - even one person- during office party season may help to reduce inconvenience to other guests.

Good Points: Seperate toilet facility was an excellent idea. However the main advantage was the location, really central.
Bad Points: As much as I liked the seperate toilet, there was no sink, which took away the advantage of being able to use the facilities when my the shower was being used. Kettle broken, however this was replaced really quickly.

Further Comments: Ayant rￃﾩservￃﾩ et payￃﾩ pour 3 pax et n'ￃﾩtant venu qu'ￃﾠ 2, je ne trouve pas normal le remboursemment d'1/3 des 2ￃﾨme et 3ￃﾨme nuit. J'avais nￃﾩanmoins prￃﾩvenu l'hotel 5 jours ￃﾠ l'avance du dￃﾩsistement de la 3ￃﾨme personne !!!
